I earned my TOEFL certificate before beginning my current bachelor’s studies, which are entirely in English. TUTORING SET-UP When tutoring, I place strong emphasis on tracking progress, often by assigning homework (if agreed upon) and creating clear, structured plans to help students stay on track. We are expats that moved to the Netherlands a couple of years ago. Our kids were 6 and 9 when we got in touch with Hetty at the beginning of this year. Hetty worked amazingly at their level and using their interests to build up their confidence in speaking Dutch. I have seen a tremendous improvement in their Dutch within 4-5 months. I would happily recommend Hetty to students with even just a basic knowledge of the language. Had we not moved cities, I would’ve used her services to improve my own language ability!

I just had my first-ever flute lesson with Paco, and it was an amazing experience. He is incredibly kind, patient, and a truly wonderful person. Paco is clearly a master of his craft—his deep knowledge and passion for music shine through in his teaching. After the first few lessons I can say that Ivan is serious about his craft. His lessons are tailored to the needs of the student and he pays a lot of attention to technique and good posture, which for a beginner guitar player like myself is especially important. On top of that Ivan is just a very nice guy, easy to talk to and able to explain concepts and theory in an understandable way.
