Hello, Currently sales manager of an organic wine estate in the south of France, I followed a master's degree specializing in wine and spirits trade in Dijon. I have the opportunity to explain to you the composition of the French vineyard, its history, its appellations, the different grape varieties and their aromatic differences, but also how to understand a label / bottle between appellation, cuvée, winemaker, origin and characteristics. It is also possible to present the differences between conventional / organic / biodynamic farming and vinification, but also to approach the notion of natural wine. A discovery approach and notions about beer and spirits are also possible. Where possible, we can also conduct tastings to link practice to theory. I discuss with you at first to know your needs and tell you about my background. Do not hesitate to contact me Have a good day Antoine

The key is to weave all aspects of the romantic Italian boot (culture, geography, gastronomy, music and film) with the language. That way you can quickly get by when you go to Italy.
