I am a child development and language teacher. I also received a special meditation training certificate for my profession. While words such as stress, anxiety, and fatigue were not known in our childhood, we encounter these problems in almost all children due to the weaker friendships of today's children and their decreasing activities outdoors. Therefore, an important step to be taken at a young age, both to cope with these problems and to increase the awareness of our children, is to start meditation. Scientific studies on this subject have proven that meditation increases attention span and reduces hyperactivity in children.

Ein wichtiger Schritt zur Bewältigung dieser Probleme und zur Sensibilisierung unserer Kinder in jungen Jahren ist daher der Beginn der Meditation. Wissenschaftliche Studien zu diesem Thema haben gezeigt, dass Meditation die Aufmerksamkeitsspanne erhöht und die Hyperaktivität bei Kindern verringert.
