I hold a degree in Business Administration, a university degree in Economics, a TEFL (Teacher of English as Foreign Language) certification, a master's degree in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and a certificate in language coaching.

At the age of 22, I started teaching English. I then managed the family business for 3 years and, after a break from a year dedicated to travel and multiculturalism, I worked, from 1994 to 2008, as a consultant in the IT department of two large companies.
