Learning music, is directly connected to the cognition system of our mind, and our cognition is the first step to perceiving the music, so it is essential to understand music and perform it.
I am proposing classes in Piano, Composition, and Music Theory and writings.
In the class of Piano depending on the student's wishes, we work on different methods, from learning music just as an activity to students who wish to continue their profession as a musician.
The class of composition has the same algorithm as the piano class, the method selection is based on the student's wishes.
Music Theory is proposed in both classes of composition and piano on the side but for the students who wish to learn music theory separately with more concentration, I offer this class as a separate class too.
Class of Harmony and Writing actually has the same situation as music theory classes but students in the course of composition will be more specialized in harmony and counterpoint than piano students and of course, this course is proposed as a separate class too.

Electronic music, perhaps with its interdisciplinary nature, is a vast field to get into, a world of creativity and art, science and technology, and philosophy and thoughts. The course of electroacoustic composition (in other words computer-assisted composition) follows the interdisciplinary fundamentals of the topic. During these courses, we will speak and work on electronic music aesthetics and musical discourses, form and structure, and indeed the utils of using software such as Ableton, Max, Supercollider, VCV RACK, reaper et cetera, to be able to materialize the musical idea with electronic tools.
Students can create and compose electronic music, sound designs, multimedia art (music and ... ), installations and performances, etc during and after the courses.

I propose :

1) Private piano lessons for children, adults, all ages and all levels, based on personalized musical monitoring: Discovery - Methodical learning - Improvement - End-of-year concert.

2) Coaching of actors and comedians (piano)
For example, I was the piano teacher of actor Romain Cottard in the preparation of Yasmina Reza's play, "Comment vous racontez la partie".
I believe that the theoretical fundamentals taught in conservatories or music schools, particularly music theory, are essential for developing a solid foundation as a pianist.

Graduated from a license in musicology, I am currently pursuing my graduate studies at the conservatory in the scholarly disciplines of composition, analysis, writing, musical arrangement as well as Jazz.
I have been playing guitar for many, many years now, as well as piano and flute.

I have been teaching guitar, piano, flute and musical education for several years now to children, teenagers and adults.
I also have a very good level in music theory, writing (jazz and classical), harmony as well as musical composition.
My classes are based on listening as well as the development of the musical ear and musical creativity. I try to transmit my passion for music by making my students discover very varied horizons, from jazz to classical music, including current music and so-called traditional music.
I also seek to develop autonomy in my students, an essential quality in order to flourish both musically and in everyday life. This is why I insist on the knowledge of the instrument and the development of creativity through the teaching of applied music theory and the development of the ear.

My course is aimed at both beginners and people of an intermediate or advanced level who would like to improve their skills.
If you are looking for a teacher who is both an educator and attentive to your personal musicality, do not hesitate to contact me.

Hello,

I have been practicing music production (MAO) for 5 years. During this period I had time to learn, to make mistakes and to perfect myself. I was thus able to acquire the essential things to know about computer-assisted music. It is through my computer music lessons that I will pass on my knowledge to you.

I have published several of my productions on YouTube which have garnered several thousand views. I also released a 5 track electronic EP.

I master and propose to teach the use of FL Studio as well as Maschine 2. I could teach you and assist you at each stage of musical production (Melodies, sound design, Mixing, Mastering...).

I specialized in electronic music (House, Downtempo, Synthwave, EDM...), so I will be better able to help you in this genre. However, do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to learn how to produce other genres, I also have knowledge in typebeat and LO-FI production.

I have already had the opportunity to teach several people to produce music. Usually a lesson will go like this:

- Chat to find out your musical tastes and learn to talk about "music".
- Take a reference piece and dissect it to see the different parts (drums, melodies, Fx, Automation, etc...).
- Getting started and using FL Studio and/or Maschine 2 according to your objectives
- Course summary and Q&A session.

I like to teach my students to produce music because I pass on a passion.

My gear:

- Speaker: Mackie CR3X
- MIDI keyboard: Komplete Kontrol M32
- Drumpad: Maschine Mikro MKIII
- Sound card: Komplete Audio 1
- Acoustic and electric guitar: Fender

Please don't hesitate if you have any questions.

Looking forward to teaching you!

About me :

I give piano and music theory lessons with my own method. The music theory part is not purely theoretical but always mixed with practice. My method emphasizes the deciphering of scores, given that the objective is to allow the student to be as independent as possible thereafter. It will also have a technical aspect, but I prefer to have her work directly with pieces rather than dry exercises. I also give lessons in harmony, counterpoint and composition for those who would like to go further.

About Danae
Holder of a Master of Music from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, in composition and singing. I enriched my teaching skills by working as a research assistant at the Haute école de musique de Genève (HEM). As a music educator and researcher, I have led masterclasses at university level (Haute école de musique de Genève, Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen) and lecture-recitals (Biennale Baroque Genève, Goldsmiths-University of London, Université de Genève-Musicologie), while continuing my own artistic production. As a composer, I have collaborated with ensembles such as Ensemble Contrechamps and Nieuw Ensemble, as well as with highly recognized institutions such as the Greek National Opera, Neuköllner Oper Berlin and the Athens Music Palace. As a singer, I have worked with the Greek National Opera, Operadagen Rotterdam, the Onassis House of Arts and Letters, and have performed contemporary works in world premieres and European tours. These experiences make me an expert in the field of contemporary singing. Let's plan your musical journey together and develop your skills!

Do you want to play Mozart, Debussy or Sofiane Pamart? Einaudi, Satie or Mendelsohn Bartholdy? Or improvise more freely?
It's the same! To become a musician, it's good to know some fundamental basics that will allow you to become independent and approach the music that interests you with awareness.

You have to work strategically, especially when you don't have hours a day to devote. The goal is for you to feel each week that you are better equipped than last week! And the body learns quickly if you feed it the right information.

My teaching adapts to each person's desires, but I like to instill what I consider to be important foundations for the musician's autonomy, technically (posture, flexibility of the arm and wrist) and theoretically (reading and rhythm).

I have a DEM in musical writing (writing in the style of so-called classical composers) from the CRR in Aubervilliers and I am currently studying towards a DEM in piano at the same conservatory.
I also study jazz on my own and regularly improvise in a more free manner.

Learning music can sometimes be laborious, which is why I like to insist on a clear work strategy by leaving the student with a clear and achievable mission each week.

Let's continue to love music and understand it better!
