I am a native English speaker who specializes in English Literacy tutoring. I have experience with Beginner and Intermediate learners, both children and adults. I will design programs and run through exercises that are highly effective in improving English Fluency, these programs will be challenging but not overwhelming, with the goal being applicable language for day-to-day conversational or business English skills.

I am an energetic 22-year-old exchange student from Toronto Canada, currently living in Arnhem. I am a recent graduate from the University of Western Ontario, completing one semester at Radboud University in Nijmegen. I come from a Dutch background as my mother grew up right here in Arnhem. I am excited to further explore the culture and language for myself. My interests include yoga, running, writing, enjoying the company of friends and family, and traveling.

I am a certified Child and Youth coach, and besides my teacher I am mainly a coach. One can think of fear of failure training, preparing for exams, and guiding children with autism, ADD, and dyslexia, for example.

I'll teach you everything you need to know about English. You are going to learn to talk. Learn to write and read. It will be very nice to understand the English language well. I provide tutoring and homework support for English. This does not only concern English grammar, spelling and vocabulary, but also reading comprehension, literature and translation theories.

In my lessons I focus entirely on what you need help with. For example, if you would like extra explanation about things you run into, or would like guidance with homework or when preparing a paper, a book summary or a speaking assignment, I would be happy to help you with that!

I keep the classes flexible. For example, these can always be canceled and they do not have to be scheduled with much time in advance. I want to keep my relationship with the student and parents personal, as I am only a student myself.
