Whether you are at the start of your journey or just looking for some extra support at a key time in your career, I would be open to helping make a difference for you.
You can indicate the key areas you wish to focus on and we will start with an initial consultation and run through some quick vocal assessments based on your specification.
Knowledge of SLS and Kodaly methods (I also hold a HND and BA in Music Performance Vocals (1st), plus extensive live and studio experience as an active singer/songwriter for over 15 years.
Knowledge of RSL grades 1-6 vocal performance repertoire.
An approachable and qualified vocal coach with an open and caring attitude that hopes to help you realise your full potential as a singer and performer (studio and/or live)

Lyric writing, rhythm, harmony, melody, arrangement, instrumentation (inc. vocals if required), sonic (production) to breath more variation into your existing songs or develop new material together - happy to explore your goals and see where we can go from there. Happy to teach on an instrument and/or using a DAW (Ableton preferred)
I have been working in the industry as an independent artist/top-line/co-writer for the past 18 years, alongside tutoring budding songwriters, musicians and emerging artists for the past 12 years using an extensive knowledge base developed both on the job and by undertaking my BA and MA qualifications.

We can start right at the beginning or jump in at your preferred level.
I can show you some simple tools to demystify the roots of music theory, using the stave and piano to visualise, explore and practice to help you accomplish a secure foundation in turn supporting your musical development, exam preparation (GCSE/diploma/degree), develop teaching knowledge/practice (F.E/H.E), compositional/repertoire development etc.
