Yoga is a well known discipline practiced all over the globe and I'd love to to share with you the 3 styles that I've been teaching throughout my life which are vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga. My other passion is providing access consciousness therapies since they have changed my life in unimaginable ways.

Yoga is een fijne manier om met jezelf op een dieper niveau te verbinden, innerlijke rust te voelen en de energie van je energielichaam te laten stromen. In de groeps- of privéles besteed ik aandacht aan meerdere aspecten van yoga: asana (houdingen), ademhaling, geest, meditatie, energielichaam en filosofie. Ook gebruik ik graag speelse elementen die voor verdieping zorgen zoals schrijven, tekenen, aromatherapie, muziek, klankschalen, een kaartenlegging en je eigen verbeelding. Het tempo van de les is rustig, maar ook uitdagend door de combinatie van Yin en Yang elementen. De natuur is mijn inspiratiebron! De lessen zijn geïnspireerd op terugkerende patronen in de natuur zoals de seizoenen of de maan.

Bij drie lessen of meer van 90 minuten maak ik voor jou een schema voor thuis, zodat je vaker voor jezelf de rust kan opzoeken door middel van yoga. .

I teach Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Power Yoga. Classes are available at all levels in English or Dutch. In addition to private lessons, I have extensive experience teaching in studios.

Yoga has done a lot for me, both physically and mentally. It is about much more than just exercise and would like to share this with others. I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga in Greece. In addition, I followed a 100-hour yoga teacher training in Yin Yoga in Utrecht.

I like to give my students a better understanding of why you are practicing a certain pose, what the benefits are for your body and mind, and the best way to get into the pose! Each lesson can be adapted to your wishes! You can indicate to what extent you want to focus on meditation & breathing and to what extent you want to focus on the physical aspect of yoga. After each lesson we can make adjustments so that I can ultimately put together the perfect lessons for you!

Yoga is an assimilation of mind, body and soul.
In our fast paced stressful life we need a moment to relax , breathe and connect the body to the soul.
In my class, we start first with a few breathing exercises to let you first empty on your mind.
Then we focus on certain asanas or poses to let the breath Connect with a body part while remaining in the pose. The last 10 mins I focus on the meditative part where we connect to the soul with the help of our breathe.
My class is designed to make you feel relaxed and establish a connection with yourself.
Even if you have no experience in yoga before you are welcome to join and feel the benefits of this wonderful word of yoga.

Hi! I specialize in Yin Yoga and my goal is to bring you (back) in touch with yourself. By combining deep stretches with breathing exercises and meditation you can let go of stress and tension and you can come into deep relaxation with a clear mind.

At Yin Yoga we stay in the postures for a few minutes to stimulate the fascia tissue, calm the nervous system and create more space in our body.

Many of my clients are ambitious, enterprising people who want to feel good about themselves and by integrating Yin Yoga into their day or week, release stress and tension, recharge and gain more energy. They can focus better, get to know themselves better and they are more productive.
