Trusted teacher: Graduated from La Cambre Mode (s) of a master in fashion and fashion design, I offer private lessons in fashion and / or couture. Strong experience with students of the French high school for the "Evening of Talents", as well as teaching a preparatory course for the entrance examination of La Cambre. Now a private lesson teacher for more than seven years, I have been able to welcome more than fifty different students of all ages, with whom we have discussed: - the basics of sewing and patronage (dress, pants, skirt, shirt, etc.), - the realization of customized models, - the design of a clothing line with a collection plan - or the reproduction of existing models from photos and even costumes of stars! In absolute terms, it is therefore possible to develop a personal project or basic learning. IMPORTANT: If you cancel LESS THAN 24 hours before the course, you will be CHARGED. After two consecutive cancellations, I will no longer be able to provide you with lessons. The courses are given only in my workshop, simply because the equipment is made available to you for the smooth running of the course (except the fabric and haberdashery necessary for your projects). No home lessons possible. The hourly rate is valid for one person, in the case of a course for several people, the rate increases proportionally. No courses possible on weekends.

From wedding dresses to complete collections for promotional events, the projects I have worked on have been very varied. My type of teaching is free. Learning how to make a garment from pattern to finish, how to customize a model or how to sew by machine, this is what I offer you in my Workshop in Ixelles. I am here to teach you sewing and pattern making and guide you according to your projects or your desires. If you choose to make a complete model I will teach you how to: - Make a basic pattern - Master the pattern-making techniques to create the desired model - Make the canvas - Carry out the fitting of your canvas - Alter the pattern if necessary - Make your model in the final fabric - Perfect your model and your sewing technique with the finishes - If you wish to customize a garment, we will work using the bust molding technique. - The courses are aimed at all types of people, beginners or experienced.

We had highly informative, engaging, and inspiring lessons with Nancy.
