I'm a therapist, qualified in many disciplines of therapy, among which Sat Nam Rasayan Healing and Kundalini Yoga. They have helped me a lot during my journey and development, since they work on the "neutral Mind", and the natural availability of everyone to cocreate reality from that point of neutrality. From there, your mind is completely controlled and surrendered and I focus my complete attention to the Relationship happening in that said moment with the person in care. With me being a neutral element of the equation, all that happens and is captated through the senses of my system has to do with the person. So like this physical, emotional, mental contractions can be resolved with the sole Presence, when not even the presence on-site, as we mean it, is needed. the treatment is then supported by an advised tailored practice of kundalini yoga that we can also practice together.
Treatments via distance have been a huge discovery for me, as they pass through in the most deconditioned way possible, which is the main requisite for the energy to flow: unconditional love.

Extra information
I suggest resting on a bed or a chair during the session to get the most benefits from it. Shutting off electronics works well for those sensitive. Some like to wear a sleep mask and use ear plugs, but that isn't necessary.
The treatment can come across in many ways and a person may feel tired, energized, see colors, hear voices, feel someone touching you, feel vibrations or even electricity, tingly/twitchy sensations, or experience peace. Some people don't feel anything and that is fine too. Many fall asleep because that is the easiest way for the energy to reach a person. What is felt depends on the level of sensitivity of the person receiving the energy.
During the session, crystals can be held, incense burned, and/or music played. Any of these are good and can enhance the experience. They are not necessary and not needed.
The treatment comes across differently for everyone. After the session drinking more water, eating protein and even dark chocolate is suggested for grounding. Some people feel an emotional release within 48 hours; other feel better than ever before. It always varies and even if someone receives treatments from me every week, it would never feel the same each time.
Other people feel energized, calm, or even sleepy. It is very individual and no two people will feel the same thing. The results can also be different each time.

I'm a therapist, qualified in many disciplines of therapy, among which energy healing methods stand a good number. They have helped me a lot during my journey and development so I decided to study, practice and experience more forms of frequencial healing so that I could put them together and help others passing the knowledge along.
All titles are just a different quality or frequency of energy that we call in, but always remember it's all already there and you can get to it any time you need.
Treatments via distance have been a huge discovery for me, as they pass through in the most deconditioned way possible, which is the main requisite for the energy to flow: unconditional love.

Why is pelvic mobility important?
🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body. It is an insertion point for strong muscles: they form the muscular chains that have the pelvis as an anchor point.
The shortening or overtraining of some of them, due to sports postures or gestures, can generate an imbalance in the tensegrity system of the pelvic girdle and many local and adjacent problems, from muscle decompensations, pain, health problems at a visceral level and many others. aspects that are not taken into account 🧐
✅You have to ensure that your pelvis is in a neutral position, aligned at all times and in any activity you do so that your body does not adopt wrong postures by default and avoid having problems with its mobility and consequently other derived dysfunctions, such as hernias, lower back pain. , pelvic floor problems, etc.
📌The program aims to strengthen, stretch and put into tension the muscle chains and the analytical work of the abductor, adductor, extensor and pelvitrochanter complex. All of these myofascial elements determine the pelvic position and, in doing so, create or limit the freedom of the pelvis, having repercussions on the lower and upper limbs.
🤗 Of course we are not going to leave aside the rest of the body❗️❗️😅
The training approach will be individualized, after a general and analytical body evaluation.
Enough of so many aches and pains, release the superficial and deep fascia and revitalize your energy center. 🥰

In these classes we focus on unblocking the body to have more energy and develop the relationship between mind and body.

These are not fitness classes, the idea is not to sweat or stop thinking but to start directing attention towards the development of self-observation to live lifeore wholly

In these sessions we focus on the physical aspect of yoga, which is called asana.
Asana literally means "seat", so the purpose of the classes is to practice achieving a state of stillness and comfort, both physically and mentally.

Traditionally, this practice was done to develop the ability to sit comfortably in a posture for an extended period of time to meditate.

In the 90 min classes we end with a body consciousness practice that helps the body understand that it can be relaxed and attentive at the same time. This part is done lying on a yoga mat or rug and one tends to lose body heat. If you tend to be cold, I recommend using a blanket and comfortable, warm clothing.

We will co-create the classes. What I know and what your body needs must go hand in hand. It is very important that you notify me of medical, physical and psychological conditions that you have and have had. Nobody knows your body better than you.

If you feel the call, don't hesitate!

Yoga is a philosophy and discipline originating in India, where it is understood as the science of good living.
The word comes from the Sanskrit "yug" which means to unite, and the different physical, mental and emotional practices that compose it have the purpose of uniting individual consciousness with universal consciousness through mastery of body and mind.

I teach mainly Vinyasa, with an emphasis on breathing and meditation. Also yin. The most important thing is that I customize the sessions and intuitively tune into what is needed on the day.

This course is for people who want to learn how to cook in a way that meets specific dietary needs, particularly for those with diabetes, food allergies, or autoimmune diseases. The goal is to acquire simple, safe, and effective cooking techniques that allow you to prepare delicious meals while respecting nutritional restrictions and general health recommendations.

The course focuses on food education and culinary practice:

understanding of the ingredients and their effects (glycemic index, inflammatory load, common allergens),

adapting traditional recipes into lighter and better-tolerated versions,

food choices and cooking methods that promote balance,

smart substitutions (gluten-free, lactose-free, plant-based alternatives, low glycemic impact options),

prevention of cross-contamination in case of allergies,

meal planning and weekly preparation.

With extensive training in nutrition and wellness, as well as a long professional background in management, analysis, and communication, I take a structured, clear, and accessible approach. This course is not a substitute for medical advice, but it provides practical tools for cooking more mindfully, consciously, and healthily every day.

The sessions can take place in person in Geneva or online, depending on your preferences.
