In this class we will go over what you are learning at the minute on your course as well as looking forward to the next topics so that you are prepared when your teacher introduces it in class. This will avoid feeling lost moment that happens when new topics are introduced and will help you get the most out of your teachers instructions.

These are the 2 most sensual dances among the existing dances.

The goal is to allow women to reconnect with their bodies, to regain self-confidence, to rediscover their feminine power.

Dance is an incredible tool for this. Performing steps to music allows us to forget for a moment what we are "missing" and focus on what brings us well-being.
