You don’t need to own an instrument to begin your journey into Oriental music! In our initial lessons, we’ll cover fundamental concepts, techniques, and the basics of music theory, which can all be practiced without an instrument. This approach will allow you to build a strong foundation and feel more confident when you do acquire your instrument. Hello everyone!
I'm Ammar, and I'm a music teacher for Bouzq/Saz and Oud instrument. I started studying Bouzq and Oud in my hometown and then later on at Oud house in Cairo, Egypt. In Egypt I also learned to play Saz.In my classes you will not just learn to play your choosen instrument, you will also learn about oriental music, and we will study some music theroy in a simple way to gain a better understanding of the music that we play.
