Do you want to start playing the piano, progress or simply learn to play the pieces you love? I will accompany you in your learning with a progressive, personalized and caring approach.
I offer lessons at my home in Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure for beginners and intermediate students, children, teenagers and adults.
Since each student has their own desires and goals, I adapt to your level and pace. The objective is to learn the essential basics of piano while enjoying playing and progressing.
🎼 Course structure
We will start gradually with the basics of music theory and reading scores, in order to allow you to become increasingly independent when faced with a score.
We will then work on pieces chosen by the student or suggested according to their level and tastes. I can introduce you to different musical styles: classical music, pop, contemporary music, vocal accompaniment, etc.
Over the course of the sessions, we will cover topics including: reading sheet music, coordination between the right and left hand, posture, rhythm, stress management and musicality.
My goal is to enable you to progress step by step while developing your autonomy, musicality and confidence.
Never played piano before? No problem! We'll start with the basics and progress gradually.
Do you already have some basic knowledge? Together we can identify areas for improvement and design sessions based on your objectives.
Do you want to learn how to accompany yourself while singing? As a singer-songwriter, pianist, and pianist myself, I can also teach you the basics needed to accompany yourself on the piano while singing.
🎶 My musical experience
I have been playing the piano for 5 years and I have my Brevet d'Études Musicales (BEM), corresponding to the end of cycle 2 at the conservatory.
As a contemporary music pianist, I have had the opportunity to perform in various settings: concerts, piano/voice duos, multi-instrumental groups, choirs and auditions.
