Je suis monitrice de ski et de snowboard certifiée et membre de PSIA-AASI (American Association of Snowboard Instructors) avec une expérience d'enseignement de plus de 15 ans. J'ai enseigné le ski et le snowboard aux États-Unis, en Argentine, en Autriche et j'enseigne en Suisse depuis 7 ans. Je propose des cours privés, des cours semi-privés et des cours en groupe.
Que vous débutiez en ski/snowboard ou que vous souhaitiez passer au niveau supérieur, j'adapte les cours en fonction de vos objectifs.

Je me déplace en fonction de la station de ski où vous vous trouvez. Je travaille dans les stations de ski vaudoises. J'offre également des cours à la demi-journée ou à la journée.

Über mich

I am a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher (RYT).
Started in California, Yoga has become my life path for over 10 years.
Certified in the Vinyasa method and Meditation Techniques, I have been teaching Hatha,
Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, SUP Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Fitness Yoga for all levels. My classes are a work-out to work in.

Having my life centered around sports from years of professional snowboarding, and being a sports trainer in various disciplines, Yoga has started in my life as a cross-training and mindful practice. I also offer ‘Yoga for athletes’ classes designed for particular sports to limit or recover injuries and build better balance and stability.

Many of my Yoga articles have been published and I am preparing the Yoga section in Outdoor Fitness Magazine.

I believe Yoga is an awareness practice for the body and mind that is accessible to everyone.

I offer grounded, vigorous and supportive classes to deepen the mind and body connection and go beyond the edges of the body and mind.

Beginners and longtime practitioners are all welcome in my classes. I teach private individual and group sessions.

The classes are either in English or French acc to your demand.

Apart from my Yoga background, I studied Business at UCLA.

Erfahrung / Qualifikationen

I teach classical Yoga using the Vinyasa Krama system and Hatha Yoga principles for all levels from Beginners – Advanced students and my teaching is firmly rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya. Besides Hatha Vinyasa, I also teach Yin Yoga, SUP Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Fitness Yoga.
