About Me

My mother is German, my father was Chilean/Spanish, I grew up immersed in both languages.
I completed my university studies in German, Spanish, Italian philology and "Sprachlehrforschung" (Learning Strategies and Didactics of Foreign Languages) in 3 different countries: Germany, Chile and Italy.
I started working in 1990 as a German and Spanish teacher for adults in Florence, Italy, and since 1992 in Belgium. I have taught courses in various Belgian and international companies at levels ranging from A1 to C2.
Since 1993 I have been teaching German and Spanish at the European Parliament. I give private, group, customized and corporate courses.
I also speak Italian, French and English and I have a passive knowledge of Dutch.

My mother is German, my father was half-Chilean, half-Spanish. I grew up bilingual, immersed in both languages and both cultures.
I studied German, Spanish and Italian philology as well as "Sprachlehrforschung" (language teaching research) in three different countries: Germany, Chile and Italy.

Hello everyone and welcome to my English and or German lessons taught in group. I organise English and German lessons for children and teenagers and separately adult English group lessons (beginners to advanced). For children and teenagers, interactive activities are used as a way to motivate them, help them remember what they have learned in class and make sure they will be able to apply their language skills in real life context.
For the adults lessons, depending on what the students are willing to learn, we can have discussions based on the news, some grammar, writing... I am open to any suggestions, just tell me your needs and I am going to adapt the next lessons for you. For private English lessons, please have a look at my other advertisements. The German lessons are usually for beginners/ intermediate (exceptionally advanced levels in German can be organised only if there is a high-demand).
