My name is Pablo and I'm bilingual French-Spanish translator and private tutor with over 7 years experience based in Paris, France. I hold a Bachelors degree in Multilingual Communication by the University of Geneva (Switzerland) and a Masters degree in Technical Translation by the University of Paris-Diderot.

My method focuses on helping out my students to improve the aspects of the language they have most difficulties with. This could be grammar, writing, listening, writing or speaking in public. Prior to starting our classes, I will have a test/evaluation session with the student so that we can address their case and fin the best way to help them reach their goal(s). For the past two decades, I've had the privilege of tutoring in both French and English. My students have ranged in age, background, and origin, spanning children, teenagers, adults, professionals, and even seniors aged 85 and above.

You might wonder why I teach both languages. Well, I am bilingual, with American and Swiss/French roots, and I currently reside in Ireland. Learning a foreign language is not a linear process that consists of memorising a list of words, and speaking a foreign language is not an oral translation exercise.

There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:

When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ...
