Currently, I am concertmaster in the Málaga Camerata Orchestra, and I actively participate in the OFMAN. I have actively participated in the JOBA, Orbis Symphony Orchestra Sinfosol, JOPMA, Jonomur orchestras. Also a member of the ORBIS quartet.

As for my experience: I am a violin teacher at ElCamm, and I have been giving private lessons for more than 5 years.

I finished my studies at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Malaga, with Lorenzo Triviño.

The classes are carried out with my own method based on the technique of Galamian and Simon Fischer, as well as the teachings of the great teachers with whom I have worked and my learning experience teaching a great diversity of students, with which I seek the flexibility to adapt to the student.

Since I was a walking baby, my mom said I was a musician. As the years passed, this path drew itself almost alone. Was just right before coming abroad alone when I knew this passion was bigger than anything else I have in life. It was also since then, that I realized that more than all the performance musicians that I admired I should admire my teachers that allowed me to grow and discover my full potential.
So, I perceived I want do be the creator of someone else's path and growth, both human and musically as I believe it is impossible to disconnect them, being music the ultimate form of expression.
I don't have a lot of experience but I'm young, fast at adapting to new environments, and especially willing to grow and to be my best at every moment with every particular person.

My name is Federica and I am a Pianist from Italy. I recently completed my Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy at the “Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana” with Prof. Alessandro D'Onofrio in Lugano. I completed my Bachelor degree at Conservatory “C. Pollini” in Padua achieving the honours with Prof. Massimo De Ascaniis and afterwards, in 2020, I obtained my soloist-concert Master in Piano with Prof. Riccardo Zadra at Conservatory “A. Pedrollo ” in Vicenza.
During my studies I also attended an annual advanced course in Piano at Music Academy in Sacile with Prof. Stefania Redaelli.
I have always been interested in chamber music and in 2016/2018 I attended a post Graduation Course in Chamber Music with prof. Giampaolo Pretto at “Scuola di Musica di Fiesole”.

As well as instrumental teaching and ensemble coaching of at all levels over the last 12 years, I’ve led numerous professional workshops, including ‘Music First’ and ‘Music Masters’ workshops in London and was an assistant on the Primary Arpeggione viola course and at the Springgrove music competition. As a member of the European String Teachers’ Association, I participated in their conferences across Europe.

I have prepared students for music exams at all levels, working with them on music theory, aural and sight reading skills, and regularly accompany students on the piano.

As a performing musician, I perform internationally as a soloist and chamber musician, recently including at the Victoria Hall in Geneva, Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg and Philharmonie in Berlin. Toby is an outstanding instructor and works with children very naturally. My 11 year old son has been taking lessons with Toby for over two months and is eager for each lesson. Toby is extremely talented, but beyond that, he engages my son deeply with the music itself, fundamental techniques, music theory, and even the interpretation of the music. Toby is kind, encouraging, and works with students at a level that is appropriate. He has allowed my son to chose music that if fun and interesting to practice, even though the pieces are challenging. In fact, I often sit in to listen to the lessons, as they are so good. My son has had a couple of lessons with Toby while company has been over, and everyone has commented on how amazing Toby is as an instructor. I can not recommend Toby enough and hope to continue lessons with him for a long time.
