Hola!
My name is Laia and I am a student from Spain studying a MA in political science in Brussels. Therefore, my mother tongue is Spanish and Catalan. Moreover, I've had the opportunity to live and study abroad in countries like the United States, Germany and France and I have achieved the C2 level in english (Cambridge title), and the basic levels in French and German. I really like teaching languages since I believe learning idioms is a really useful skill and I can totally adapt to every type of class that the student desires (it can be online or at home, I could focus more on Speaking or the desired area, and I could also teach more than one student at a time).
I have taught english to kids before and I really enjoy the experience of seeing people develop an interest for the Spanish/Catalan culture.

I am a 21 year old student that easily adapts to every kind of environment. I am really responsible and have a lot of patience. Also, I am really talkative so do not worry, even if you are a bit shy there would not be any awkward silences and there would always be a subject to talk about to practice the speaking part!
I love helping people, specifically helping them to learn new skills that could be useful for their future.
Furthermore, I am really family oriented and outgoing.

I have never had the chance to work due to my studies and the lack of time. But this has taught me to be really hard working and generated a strong aim to pursue my degree. Now that my schedule is more flexible I would love to earn some money doing a thing that I love which is to teach a language. The languages I teach are important, especially English. Indeed, it is the second most spoken language in the world. French, when it is, is also indispensable in a country like Belgium.

I can also teach Mathematics courses in order to understand the course, the resolution of exercises and also give some tips that make life extremely easy when you run out of time!

Student in Master Architecture, I had an education that covered both scientific and literary sectors. I offer support classes (mathematics, French, English) and homework help for children (primary level up to 3rd secondary). My trilingual school experience, as well as some tutoring experiences allowed me to acquire the necessary means to transmit and share my knowledge.

A recent master's degree in communication and management.
Graduate IELTS C1 (English advanced level by the british council). It is one of the most recognized degrees in language and I obtained a general result of 7.0 - which represents a C1 (advanced) on the international scale (ie, bilingual).
These courses are intended for all young people or adults wishing to learn English for academic, professional or personal reasons.
I have already given English classes (exam preparation, homework help, conversation).

I aim to prepare students for tests, or to help them improve their skills in case they face challenges in the understanding in these materials, trying to make it simple and easy and fun to learn. A dynamic interaction and communication are two keys that i look for during my classes. First i help in the explanation and later i encourage the student to solve homework , in case he or she faces a difficulty i help him or her to think and find the answer.

English is recognized as “THE international language” and I was able to learn it over time. A language used throughout the world in all walks of life. Whether you are children, students or French-speaking or Arabic-speaking adults wanting to learn English, I am here to help you! If you are beginners, we will start everything from the beginning with structured courses adapted to your level and type of learning.
