- Wat betreft de lessen.
De lessen gaan over wiskunde van het secundair onderwijs. Ik zal meer bepaald helpen bij de theoretische verwerking van wiskunde als de toepassing ervan (de oefeningen).
Bovendien zal ik extra studiemateriaal (hulpmiddeltjes, schema’s, ...) voorzien indien dit nodig blijkt.

- Manier van aanpak.
Ik heb graag op voorhand een overzicht van het studiemateriaal, de testen of taken waarin bepaalde problemen zichtbaar zijn , ... . Op deze manier kan ik op voorhand de lessen voorbereiden en focussen op het probleem. Bovendien kan ik zijn/haar niveau op deze manier inschatten/bepalen.
Ik probeer, op een simpele manier en voor de student een begrijpelijke manier, de cursus op een andere manier uit te leggen zodanig dit voor de student duidelijk is. Achteraf geniet ik graag mee van de resultaten.

- Waarom doe ik dit?
Wiskunde is een passie van mij en voor mij is er niets leuker dan mijn passie te delen. Jammer genoeg strekt mijn liefde voor wiskunde niet tot mijn studies en daarom doe ik dit graag als hobby en als bijverdienste. Ik ga uiteraard professioneel te werk.

- Ervaringen?
Ik doe niets liever dan mijn medestudenten bijles geven over de leerstof. Dit wordt gewaardeerd door hun.
Uiteraard heb ik ook ervaringen in de bijlessen van wiskunde van zowel lagere school als de secundair onderwijs.

- Wie ben ik?
Mijn naam is Arina en ik studeer rechten. Ik ben 26 jaar, woon én zit op kot in Leuven.

Ik ben zeer toegankelijk, enthousiast en open. In mijn ervaring helpt dit vaak om mijn band met de jongere te versterken zodat ze zich op hun gemak voelen bij mij. Zo durven ze alle vragen te stellen. Ze durven me op te bellen of een berichtje te sturen als ze vast zitten bij een oefening. Ook later als ik geen bijles meer geef aan hun durven ze hun vragen te stellen als ze vast zitten.

In het middelbaar zelf, heb ik een minder goede ervaring gehad in het eerste en het tweede middelbare voor het vak wiskunde.
Ik vond het een zeer interessante vak maar het lukte me maar niet om het te begrijpen. Gedurende deze jaren heb ik eenzelfde leerkracht gehad, die me de leerstof niet op een, voor mij toch, juiste manier aanleerde.

Na (verplicht door mijn ouders) bijles te krijgen is mijn interesse in wiskunde dermate gestegen dat ik de volgende jaren economie wiskunde ben gaan studeren. Mijn liefde voor wiskunde blijkt maar niet weg te gaan ...
Omdat ik in mijn vervolg opleiding geen wiskunde meer kreeg, heb ik ervoor gekozen om dit gemis op te vullen door zelf bijlessen te geven.

- Helpen bij het memoriseren van woordenschat op een leuke actieve manier adhv spel, online oefeningen en conversaties.
- Het opbouwen van een correcte zin, met oog voor de juiste uitspraak.
- Het leren begrijpen en analyseren van zinnen, teksten en opdrachten, zodat de leerling duidelijk weet wat er gevraagd wordt.
- Leerling helpen bij het maken van oefeningen, opdrachten/taken. Eerst samen, om nadien met het nodige zelfvertrouwen zelf aan de slag te gaan.
- Vervolgens samen verbeteren en vervolgens samen analyseren waar je de mist inging of wat er uitstekend verliep.
- Leerlingen uit het secundair onderwijs helpen bij het begrijpen/opstellen van teksten en helpen bij voorbereidingen van taken/toetsen en proefwerken.
Eventueel indien nodig: helpen bij een haalbare studieplanning zodat de aangebrachte leerstof vlotter wordt gememoriseerd.
- Leerlingen krijgt ook gerichte oefeningen/taken mee ter voorbereiding van volgende les.

Je suis étudiante en troisième année de droit à l'Université Saint-Louis (majeure trilingue fr-en-nl). Passionnée par mes études, je donne depuis déjà plusieurs années des cours particuliers. Je suis également intéressée par les questions de méthodologie universitaire. Ainsi, je participe déjà depuis plusieurs années à des programmes d'aide à la réussite, en tant que "tutrice" ou d'accompagnatrice pour l'aide aux devoirs. Mes anciens élèves disent de moi que je suis assidue et méthodique.
J'ai un intérêt particulier pour le droit public mais je peux également aider pour les cours de droit privé, ainsi que pour les cours de langues. Étant actuellement en train d'effectuer un bachelier supplémentaire en philosophie, je peux aussi assister l'étudiant.e qui a des questions pour des cours non-juridiques (philosophie, sociologie etc.).
Mon cursus me permet depuis plusieurs années d'avoir une partie des mes cours dans une autre langue, anglais ou néerlandais, donc je peux aider à ce niveau-là également !
