About Me

I have a BA (Hons) degree in English Literature and a Certificate in Education. I have also
passed a TEFL course. I love teaching English Language, English Literature and English
as a second language. I have written many poems and hymns ; one of which was recorded by a church choir and recorded onto a CD. I have taught in schools and colleges
as well as online.
When I helped at the Isobel centre, Newport, Isle of Wight, a Hungarian student of mine
went on to Trinity college, London, where he obtained a Distinction grade for his Spoken English examination. During the first year of my BA (Hons) degree in English Literature, I
obtained 80% for one of my assignments. When I taught at the Isle of Wight college,
students belonging to one of my Functional Skills English classes were the first in the college to pass their examinations in that subject.
