IB Biology and Chemistry (International Baccalaureate)

For the past 7 years, I have tutored 80+ IB Biology and Chemistry students online up to date, and hundreds of students face-to-face. They have all achieved top grades (levels 6 and 7 only), and many of my tutees have gone on to study Medicine, Dentistry and Natural Sciences at top universities in the world (University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, UCL, Imperial College, King's College...).

I, myself, have studied Master of Pharmacy at UCL (MPharm) and Graduate Medicine at University of Cambridge (MB BChir).

For every exam period, I take up approximately 10 students to teach online. Every student that I tutored from last year's batch (May 2019 exam) received 7s (from Bio and Chem when I tutored them the subject). I teach students in groups of 2 or 3s at my house in London. Moreover, I also teach crash courses of IB Biology and IB Chemistry before the final exams in April time.

If you're interested in normal tutoring lessons, I will help you understand any IB Chemistry or Biology concepts in an easy manner. I have taught the International Baccalaureate Chemistry and Biology programmes for 7 years, and am aware of the ins and outs of the curriculum.

If you're interested in assistance and support in writing Internal Assessments or Extended Essay for Chemistry and/or Biology, I can help you achieve top marks - all the students I helped received 7s.

With the vast amount of resources, past papers and experience that I have accumulated, I'm looking forward to helping you achieve a 7 (or at least a 6!). Anyone can do it with the right guidance.

I really enjoy teaching and I like helping students understand Biology and Chemistry concepts easily. I also like helping students with interesting internal assessments and extended essays. It is a pleasure for me to help students reach their dream scores and go to their dream universities.

I studied Medicine at the University of Cambridge and Pharmacy at UCL in the United Kingdom. Before that, I studied at an international school (The British School of Warsaw), and actually did the IB myself.

I offer private lessons in Chemistry to school students following French, British, IB or American systems. Being a PhD-holder in Chemistry from Imperial College London, I also offer support to chemistry students at university level.
Classes are delivered online via Zoom.

In my classes:
- I encourage asking relevant questions and I am willing to repeat explanations as much as necessary.
- I use technological tools and web interfaces to provide visual support to verbal explanations, which I consider a key part of effective teaching.
- I share my own, tailored, class notes and encourage the student to take notes him/herself as practice.
- We solve problems and I also assign homework and correct it in the following lesson.

After my classes, I share my notes with my students to help them retain the information and revise.

Specialised tutor in Science, Maths and English with a high academic background and here to give you the guidance and tutoring needed to achieve. In a biology class, students learn about cell structure and function, genetics, evolution, ecology, physiology, microbiology, botany, zoology, and molecular biology.

IN each session, you will receive feedback on how to improve for the next session. Additionally, a practice paper will be assigned as homework.

Tutoring for subjects that teenagers or students that normally struggle with is enjoyable and rewarding, it allows to me help and give the students a piece of mind that Will allow them to develop further with their studies and not feel like they are less able than other students. I aim to improve their knowledge as well as their grades and support them even when they do not ask for the help.

This class will help students and pass their exams.
