Audio-Psycho-Phonologist with over 35 years of experience in helping and supporting people seeking emotional or physical well-being, I am also certified in Emotion and Body Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson. This allows me to offer those who want it considerable help through a simple, effective and also practical method because there is no need to travel! From a very young age and often already since intrauterine life, then as soon as we started to speak, we are "impregnated" with negative thoughts, emotions, feelings in our family, environment, often conveyed by social, media, education. These negative blockages are then reinforced and accumulated as our existence progresses. Freeing oneself from these negative emotions, these imbalances, these knots that have been able to settle in and block our daily life, also helps to "make them conscious" and to learn to recognize them, accept them, respect them and finally transform them in order to avoid trapping them again. We can thus be freed from: - Lack of motivation - Fatigue and lack of energy - Difficulty projecting oneself into the future, - Difficulty making decisions, - Feeling stuck in a situation - Professional or personal relationship problems - Decrease in memory, attention or concentration - Feeling unwell, lacking self-confidence - Worries, fears, anxiety... Etc. I offer to those who wish it, children, adolescents, adults, follow-up in the form of half-hour sessions once or twice a week, to gradually release this emotional burden and these imbalances. An initial interview via Skype allows us to explain in more depth the progress of the Emotion/Body Code sessions which then take place on site or via Skype.

The theater is a popular art aiming to educate the great number, by the means of representations of societal problems. Today because of the costs that a year of courses represents, he becomes an ellitist. So much so that most actors over-think their character. The actor is not a thinker, he does, he defends, he nourishes his character, not seeking to play a role far from himself, but to create links through his experiences, his feelings, his imagination with the said character. In the courses set up, my approach, although adapted to everyone, will be to enhance and enrich the creative process, sharing tools in order to make the activity a reality. Talent does not last, only work counts!

Have you always wanted to take photos, you have probably even bought a reflex camera, but it is now gathering dust in a cupboard? Do you want to get started, but you don't know where to start? Then this course is for you! In this course, we will cover the basics of photography (ISO, shutter speed, aperture,...). The goal is to help you understand the technical basics, without it being too complicated either. More than anything, what matters to me is that you can take control of your camera, and then be able to really use it in the moments that matter to you. Depending on your needs, we can approach how to photograph a landscape, a person, etc., so that it is as close as possible to the expected result. The goal is to develop your eye over time, because in my opinion that is the best way to learn: by doing. Photographer for over 10 years, holder of a CFC, and self-employed since 2020, I am active in the field of weddings, portraits, landscape photography and concerts. In other words, reporting in all its forms. Capturing what is happening in front of me and transcribing it into photos, with my eye and my sensitivity, is a passion that has driven me for years, and it is what I am keen to pass on to you.
