Each of them though will develop a well-grounded and consisted understanding of several mediums. From drawing with pen, ink or charcoal to painting with watercolour, oils or acrylics. Music Producers and Sound Engineers, we use the expanded capabilities of studios to extend compositions into a device for arranging and composing (DAW: Logic Pro, ProTools, Ableton Live, OneStudio, Cubase, Reaper, Reason, etc). This has caused the recording studio to become a meta-instrument, to shape entire compositions. In my opinion, we are not any more composers of music, but we are composers of sound.
