Trusted teacher: Every student needs assistance to rebound after the pandemic and lockdowns. I have the expertise to get students back on track. I have tutored students from the most prestigious schools in the country as well as students internationally. Some of the students I have worked with have attended world renowned institutions like Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard & MIT. I have delivered talks at schools on student success and have authored four books on topics such as productivity, time-management, self-discipline & confidence. I have founded the first online personal development academy for teenagers (Nexgen Teens) based around a holistic approach to learning called The Nexgen Method which I created. I also create wellbeing & mental health resources for young people at schools and universities. My role is not only in preparing students for the future but it is giving them the confidence to shape it. My objective is to inspire, motivate and cultivate ambitious young students who have the ability to identify and fulfil their aspirations. I combine five interlinked components that, if worked on in tandem, can drastically change a students life for the better and aid them in becoming the pioneers of the future. These 5 strands are: 1) Mindset 2) Wellbeing Management 3) Study Skills 4) Life Skills 5) Leadership Development I place a special emphasis on personal development and this is what makes me different. I believe it is possible to equip students with the mindset and skillset to radically alter their lives for the better. Academic tuition is essential because all students learn at a different pace and some may feel intimidated by the thought of asking questions in class. Therefore, some pupils often get left behind and spend the whole academic year desperately trying to catch up. When a pupil approaches education with the preconceived notion that they are not bright enough then this makes academic success neigh on impossible. Therefore, I make it my first aim to instil confidence in all students. After this, great academic strides can be made. It is insufficient to just teach students the ideas and concepts they are dealing with at any given time. My instruction goes beyond this by including study skills such as note-taking, memory improvement techniques, speed-reading, and effective revision into its program. These skills will stay with pupils and enlighten their entire academic tenure. Finally, my role is also about offering guidance to students in terms of their current issues, academic future and potential career paths. My educational system is a result of years of lessons I myself learned progressing through the academic arena all the way to university level. In addition, it encompasses all the research I have conducted in self-improvement, effective study skills and successful leadership. These methods have been tested and proven successful. I hope to impart this knowledge to the next generation and watch them do great things with it. I am confident in improving the grades of every student I work with with a tailored academic plan. Yours sincerely, Ash

Trusted teacher: こ ん に ち は (Hello) That's it you decided to seriously learn Japanese to get closer to your goal? How to learn a new language when you have passed the stage of childhood? Do you fear oblivion or retrogression? When you learn the Japanese alphabet in high school or university, it takes between 3 to 6 months to anchor the learning of hiragana and katakana. I know this frustration of not going fast enough to then be able to read it, write it, understand it and speak it! Forget the romaji which are a real obstacle to learning Japanese even if I understand that it is a comfortable benchmark for learners. I created "the Kana booster" to support you in your first steps towards the Japanese language: - Discovery of Japanese characters - Pronunciation of the alphabet - Introduction to the writing system - Maintenance of the syllabary thanks to memorization - Kana challenge I had to learn hiragana like you in several months. On the other hand for the katakana, I only had 15 days to memorize them before my Japanese school year! This is why I have compiled my knowledge and know-how for you! I have my little tips and my personal methods so that you can acquire the basics to pursue your passion! *Who should attend ?* Pure beginners or those who need to refresh their memories or people who have lost their motivation as well as those who want to start / start again on good foundations! * How does the course actually work? * In 30 minutes we dynamically do the alphabet line by line. A real exchange between the learner and me. I reveal the errors and correct them. I give keys on the traps to avoid. We see the alphabet in all its forms in different approaches. Finally we take stock at the end of the lesson. * And what about my methodology? * With 6 years of language teaching with a different learner profile and around the world, then after working in South Korea and Japan with companies that prioritize education, I developed my vision and the tools necessary for the proper development of the learning of a foreign language for non-Aboriginal people. Being a teacher / student, I test myself what I offer. it allows me to identify the strengths and weaknesses of my media in order to improve the content and aim for excellence. For learning this course is suitable for young and old, I speak French, English and Japanese fluently so I can teach the course in these languages. * What does my rate include? * "Kana's booster" is at its launch price. This is a "boost" course to help you learn faster and save you time! Once mastered, you can easily assimilate other notions of the Japanese language and be one step ahead of others. By choosing me, you can always be in contact with me and ask me questions about your problems (even outside the course) Send a course request and let's practice together! Amandine 愛 満 多 よ り

Trusted teacher: Choose the appropriate mediator to carry out quality work and help each other advance / overcome certain mechanisms. Awareness necessary for change will then allow to register in a new dynamic of life, to calm down and use all its potential in the emotional / family / professional fields. Thus, personal development is a heterogeneous set of practices, belonging to various currents of thought, which have for objective the improvement of self-knowledge, the valuation of talents and potential, improvement of the quality of personal life, fulfillment of their aspirations and dreams. Self-exploration in order to free oneself from emotion through speech and through action / application, involves questioning, analyzing, taking a distance, and understanding the issues / points leading to suffering or distress, before finally getting rid of them. This aims to promote significant changes in his cognitive, emotional or behavioral functioning. Thus, the benefits are: • Reduce suffering (phobias, anxieties, anxiety, panic, recurrent depression ...) • Solve emotional or relationship problems (obsessions, shyness, self-esteem, romantic failures, etc.) • Modify behaviors that are harmful to well-being (post-traumatic stress, various addictions, etc.) • Face an existential crisis and redefine your life goals (after what I run? Career reorientation? Redefinition of personal goals ...) • Acquire new tools in order to fully realize oneself or to improve the balance between one's values and the reality of one's life • Apply / practice change points (with specific exercises, dedicated to be integrated before being put into practice in everyday life), with the aim of an effective well-being & personal development. The two main approaches proposed: - An approach that focuses its efforts on finding links between current difficulties and past experiences, including repressed and unresolved conflicts, with the aim of improving self-esteem and a more precise knowledge of one's needs and of oneself - Influenced by cognitive and behavioral therapies, an approach that aims to face difficulties that may be related, among other things, to inappropriate thoughts or behaviors that one has learned or adopted - often in spite of oneself. - Development of tools for change with practical implementation & pragmatic instruments. - Reinforcement of verbal and non-verbal communication geared towards the success of set objectives. In short, it is a question of gathering the word and exploring the reasons for the session according to your specific needs & the objectives to be reached, then to apply the elements of your "new-me" (page turned), with the new methods acquired during the sessions, and through the exercises proposed. From the second session, 98% of our coaches say they have felt a clear difference that has influenced their daily life * (2020 study). So how does a session go? After having defined together one or more global objectives based on your initial problem, each session takes place in two stages. 1) Browse, analyze & dissect together the reflections, thoughts and notes taken during the week: actions taken based on the suggestions of the previous week; thoughts; feelings: what worked or not / corresponded or not to your expectations. It is also an opportunity to get to know you better in order to better define / define / identify and then solve together the challenges / blockages of the moment. 2) Based on the conclusions of the first part, a proposal of two to three sub-issues to be dealt with during the session (sub-issues built from your initial problem): to answer them, for each of them them, a series of ten to fifteen pragmatic reflections / actions will be proposed to you. Three possible answers: - "I have already tried this solution but it does not suit me" or "I do not really believe it": we go to the next suggestion - “Never tried” or “why not”, “I'll think about it”: we set ourselves the goal of trying as soon as the opportunity arises, by the next session Concretely, a session = a reflection but above all A SESSION = SOLUTIONS / proposals / concrete suggestions to apply for the next session in order to go beyond its blockages. Note that during the videoconference session, all the notes are transcribed in the chat so that you can access them whenever you want. English, German and French as a foreign language course (Toulon)
Florie
Florie is a delight to talk to! I am taking a French conversation class with her at the moment--I am a level B1-B2. She is sincere, thoughtful, funny and "sympa", and above all, she is great at conversation. She can adapt to your personal interests and will swerve the conversation in a way that allows you to talk as much as you can without tiring you. When you run out of things to say, she'll come up with topics and questions to keep the conversation going. Definitely recommend her!
