(ENGLISH BELOW) Fortunella is, as a professional and as a person, simply FANTASTIC... Punctual, nice, professional, funny... we don't miss details! I learned vocabulary, verbs, how to read and pronounce correctly... we talked about culture, society, travel... the topics were endless! My Italian isn't perfect but I really learned and improved so much that I can't believe it.
