About Me
Hello!I am Ceren, a 24-year-old psychologist and experiential learning instructor. I completed the 4-year psychology department at Istanbul Doğuş University with a full scholarship and 100% English. I graduated from university with high honors. I completed my internship in clinical psychology. I worked as a facilitator of social-emotional learning activities at the Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation for 1 year. I conduct 1-1 counseling sessions with children, teenagers and adults.
I completed my introductory training in the fields of "storytelling and storyboarding" in Turkey and Italy, which will increase people's creativity and self-awareness, and I worked on projects with people from 3 different countries on behalf of the European Union. I worked as a volunteer in an association in Spain for 2 months and worked with young and adult groups from 5 different countries in the field of "wellbeing". I took part in yoga-mindfulness activities within the association. I work on social media content production and podcast recording-editing. Working in a "recruitment" position in a global company, I worked with candidates in interviews, CV evaluations and career planning.
My primary areas of work as a psychologist and trainer are stress and anxiety management, psychological resilience, and I provide consultancy on stress, anxiety and eating disorders by using art therapy methods, yoga and mindfulness methods at entry level.
I also work on issues such as career planning in business life, creating an effective CV, interview preparation, public speaking, work-life balance planning, and time management planning.

Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity.

It can do the same for a teenager who has experienced trauma and now does not know where they fit, how they move forward or who they truly are anymore.

Through building one's confidence and finding their own voice and who they are, they get the beautiful chance to experience life to the fullest without letting fear and anxiety of what others will think hold them back.
