Math (SAT, SAT subject tests, A level, GCSE, Calculus 1-2), Physics (SAT subject test, A level, GCSE, Fundamentals of physics)

I help student with finding their own way of understanding the logic behind mathematics and physics. From where and how to derive formulas and work with the given problems without even meeting them before. I do have unorthodox teaching style, meaning that I try to explain concepts as a friend rather than teacher. In my experience this works much better for the coming generation.

🚀EVERY CHILD IS A MATHS GENIUS | British Tutor 🇬🇧
.. [British Maths Tutor] ... When I was a young child, I believed I was not a mathematical person. It wasn't until I met an amazing teacher at age 15 that I discovered my mathematical genius and my life was changed forever. I'm eternally grateful to that teacher. My teacher knew that self-image and self-belief is the key to unlock your child's mathematical abilities. Everyone is good at maths, but we all have different styles of thinking. Bad teachers teach every child the same way. My job is find your child's style of mathematics and allow him to discover that for himself. When he discovers that, he will begin to enjoy the beauty and power of mathematics ...and then you will see as the grades begin to soar. 👉Click the blue "Contact Oliver" button above and lets discuss how we can unlock your child's mathematical talents! 😊

Excellence Math, Physics, Chemistry - College, High School - 19 average
Give your child the future he deserves. Double graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech / Scientific Baccalaureate with honors / 20/20 in mathematics / preparatory class / 5 years of tutoring experience / more than 30 regular students + volunteer in homework assistance associations for students in great difficulties Do you want to significantly increase your child's mathematical average? Do you want it to integrate a selective course? Do you want it to become autonomous? For 5 years, I have helped more than 30 French students in difficulty from middle school (sixth, fifth, fourth, third) and high school (second, first, final) to achieve their goals (good average, patent, bac, PREPA) and to regain self-confidence. My method in 3 points: - in the short term, significantly increase the average by assimilating the course and preparing for the next tests (assimilating the course, writing files, practicing standard exercises, anticipating the teacher's expectations and test questions, having methods of writing) - in the medium term, integrate reasoning and work methods (learn to work regularly in this order: assimilation, training exercise, preparation for the test and analysis of the pass test) - in the long term, set a goal, build the steps to reach this goal, become aware of the SIMPLICITY of math, have confidence in your abilities, release your potential) The formula: a course of 1h30 / 2h * per week for the assimilation of the current chapter + a course before the test * I recommend two courses for those brought up in preparatory class # 1: The first class is a test class # 2: I come to your home # 3: Your child can contact me whenever they want If you want to increase your child's math results, contact me before the next test!

Private lessons in math - physics - engineering
I am an aeronautical engineer and I am well aware of the frustration of not achieving the desired academic results. I was here. A lot of times. I find it very satisfying to teach and to see how my students achieve their goals. I sincerely believe that learning is a privilege and a pleasure. It is my top priority that my students feel this. My level of mathematics, physics and engineering is very competent. Although of course, for very specific topics or doubts, I will have to analyze whether I am able to teach lessons with ease or not. Do not hesitate to write to me. I am used to working with people of different ages. I believe in segmentation, visualization of progress, objective results and practice. For students who have difficulty I analyze the root of learning problems. And, above all, I try to motivate them. An ideal lesson time would be distributed as follows: 20 minutes question and answer and start from these gaps, 30 minutes to advance, 10 minutes lateral thinking. Beyond these general lines, there is no rule or magic method. Some things work with some students and not with others. Adapting to needs is really the goal of private lessons. So I will do my best to find what motivates and helps my student.

Mathematics and computer science accessible to all
Need a catch-up, tutoring, private lessons or help with homework in mathematics? In computer science ? In logic? I'm here for you! I offer you a personalized approach; because there is no one method that works for everyone, I adapt to the needs and requests of each student (and their parents). The first hour of class will be used to define the student's needs, deadlines and strengths. My courses are aimed at secondary school students of all levels, higher education students outside technical courses (engineering, physics, mathematics, etc.) and anyone wishing to refresh or strengthen their knowledge in mathematics and computer science. Through my reading and my studies in computer science at the École Polytechnique de Louvain, I have amassed a quantity of knowledge in mathematics and computer science that it would be a shame not to share :) Being a student myself, I know the difficulties that certain subjects can cause and the lack of pedagogy of certain teachers. I look forward to working alongside you and unlocking your skills :) I am a master's student in computer science at the École Polytechnique de Louvain (UCLouvain), with a bachelor's degree. Naturally curious, I supplemented my course in computer science with numerous courses in physics (classical and quantum) and logic. I have also been brought to work with people from many backgrounds in various contexts, I learned a great adaptability. I have been volunteering for a long time helping friends and acquaintances in the success of their studies and I hope to be able to use this experience for the benefit of your success :)

GMAT & GRE Math Preparation with Experienced Teacher
Hi everyone! I have been teaching private courses in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics for 9 years. It is my passion to prepare my students for the future with school and exam studies. When I won the Anatolian Teacher High School in Istanbul in 2008 and Boğaziçi University in 2012, my biggest goal was to be a reliable role model for my students in the future. I am very happy that I have now made this dream come true since the year I entered university. Until this time, I have taught private lessons at secondary, high school and university level to numerous students from Turkey and abroad. I still continue to give private lessons on the online platform and teach Physics at an International School in Istanbul where California Education Standards (Cognia) are adopted. It is my passion to prepare my students for the future with school and exam studies. I am currently teaching for SAT Exam Preparation. SAT Subject Tests includes Physics, Math, Chemistry and Biology. I can teach both IB and American Curriculum as well. I teach my lessons on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Classroom, depending on the student' request. Inquiry Based Learning which I have adopted as a teaching method; it enables me to teach lessons based on inquiry and always keeping the student & teacher dialogue dynamic. I strive to progress depending on the age and level of the student. For this, I aim to explain myself, the way I study and understand my student's expectations and level. After the level has been determined, it is of great importance for me that the student knows the lesson plan and draft as well and adheres to the jointly agreed schedule. I share pdfs and documents that I have prepared before the class and use the books by Pearson, Serway, Nowicki, Sarquis and so on for University & Secondary School Level. For Middle School, I use HMH Science Modules etc. I do emphasize the importance on giving homework/assignment and return as giving ''feedforwards'' for my students. As someone in love with her job, it is my greatest motivation to direct the students to professions they can do with love. In this course, you will be able to learn following topics: For GRE: Expressions and equations. Variables and constants. Inequalities. Functions. Coordinate systems. Coordinate geometry. Lines and slopes. Factorization. For GMAT: Word Problems Integer properties and arithmetic Algebra Percents, ratios, and fractions. Two dimensional geometry Statistics Powers and roots Probability and combinatorics Inequalities Sequences Coordinate geometry Data interpretation Three dimensional geometry Functions
