In my classes you will be deciding what to study and how to learn. You will decide in which way you want to approach singing and music in general. You will have the freedom to set up a plan and reach the designated goals with the help of my support.
I will show you and teach you different singing techniques and guide you towards finding your personal and unique voice. I will adapt to your needs and will help you to achieve and surpass your goals! My motto:
"The voice is an all-powerful instrument, capable of expressing deep feelings that perhaps no other musical instrument can do. It is directly connected with the soul and becomes the audible expression of it. It converts the invisible into visible, creates new sounds and colors, transforms emotion into music. The voice is a tool to discover, subject to continuous evolution and expansion; expansion that goes beyond our imaginable limits."

J. t.Learn to Play Piano (Jazz, Accompanying, Songwriting, Music Theory)
Hello there, ever since I was a teenager I have always admired musicians in small and gigantic stages alike, and have wondered how such marvelous magic could possibly be created from their fingertips. If you are reading this, then maybe you feel the same way towards the piano as I do!
I can offer myself to explore with you, with my experiences coming from jazz piano playing, how it works on the piano: basic playing skills, chords and how to voice them, playing solo lines, harmonic knowledge to write your own song, learning to read a lead sheet with only melody and chords, and so many more.
Here are some of the goals that you and I can work together to make it happen:
1) Learn to play your favorite tunes on piano or electric piano
2) Learn to accompany yourself while you are singing
3) Learn to play in a band setting
4) Learn to write and play your own songs
5) Learn the keyboard skills for your home production gears (i.e. MIDI keyboard controllers)
6) Learn to improvise on the piano
Now, a little bit about myself; the moment I decided that I should try for music came much later compared to my colleagues. I started very late, and thus had to come up with methods of teaching myself fast and efficiently. And I believe that my own experiences coming from the struggles I've had could be of help to you, to understand the task at the hand better and to come up with plans on how to handle them.
Still, at the end of the day, progress by itself would be not our ultimate goal; it would be to have fun sitting in front of the piano!

NickHow to play saxophone and the art of improvisation Groningen
I think of me as social musician. I mostly like to play sharing music with others. My first priority goes to having an interesting/charming/ resonant full sound. Then i work on how to connect your inner ear ability so that u can play as simple as possible in a way that u can hear it before you are getting to play it on saxophone. But i am also teaching how to play simply in a way that makes enough sense through several understandings related to ways that improvised music have used before. I a mostly an alto player but i can teach to any other sort of saxophone like tenor ,soprano etc. My sound , technique and lessons are mostly coming from jazz music(blues,swing , mostly american music of 20s-60s)
I assign homework after every lesson about the technique of the saxophone but also the possible tools of improvisation in music.

SebastianoLearn to Play (Jazz) Saxophone! Highly-personalized lessons that focus on the student's individual progress
Hello fellow musician!
Have you ever dreamed of becoming a saxophone player?
Wheter you are trying to become a jazz improviser, or you have just started familiarizing with the instrument, I can teach you how to:
- be able to produce a beutiful sound;
- use music theory as a practical way to play correctly over changes;
- maximize the outcome of your practice-time;
- master the technique on your horn.
As a student, I often found myself struggling with resolving a particular set of problems. I would often be confronted with higher-levelled players, wondering whether I would ever be able to express myself as they did through their music. Having been studying this music for many years, I experimented with a lot of different learning methods, only to find out that music improvisation is something that is mainly learned in a very personal, differentiated way. One of the most interesting things I experienced as an educator, when confronted with students who shared my own past insecurities, doubts, questions, and struggles, was getting to understand a part of the person in front of me; and to find a way in which they would finally be able to grasp and internalize a theoretical concept that could then enable them to formulate a more coherent musical idea. Even if every student is a unique individual, thus responding to different educational methods, I think that, over time, I was able to identify a red line around which I could create a method that can be beneficial to the majority of aspirational players.
For the past few years, I have been giving private instrument lessons to jazz players with varied backgrounds and experience.
My educative career consists of a traditional classical, MA in classical saxophone (Conservatorio G. B. Martini, Bologna), a BA in jazz saxophone (ibid.), and a BA in jazz saxophone called New York Jazz Bachelor at the Prins Claus Conservatorium Groningen which I am currently busy with.

ViniciusBeginner, Intermediate and Advanced Guitar Lessons
Hello, my name is Vinicius, I am a Brazilian Biologist and I am completing my Masters in Neuroscience at VU Amsterdam.
I have been playing guitar since I was 11 and I have been teaching the instrument for almost 10 years now.
I believe that motivating the student and helping him to integrate the instrument into his daily routine is the most important role that a teacher can do.
My methodology is the flipped-classroom and I use the Google Classroom platform: every week, I will write a study guide with details of what we discussed during class + references (videos/blogs/books). This can be used by the student to study carefully at their own pace. During our next class, we will discuss the points you had the most difficulty and advance your knowledge further.
I can also record videos and write essays from scratch specifically for you, whenever the material is not available online.
I learned to play the guitar on my own - later in life I had classical training at university (singing, piano and classical guitar). I play Fingerstyle guitar, popularized by artists like Andy McKee, Tommy Emmanuel and Antoine Dufour, which consists of playing melody, harmony and percussion at the same time.
