My name is Stamatis. I am 25 years old and I have intergraded Master's diploma with excellence from the Ionian University in Jazz guitar performance in Greece. I study Latin guitar in Codarts World music department. I play professionally as a leader in my own group and as a sideman in various others. I have worked with young children in private lessons and university students in group lessons and I strive for their creative personal development. I am a brazilian musician graduated in classical guitar, with experience in jazz and brazilian music. Everything from bossa nova, samba, choro and latin music in general is my speciality. Have been teaching for 15 years now, i developed a way of teaching music based on what the student needs to develop his/her potential. It can be more practical and playfull, or theoretical and methodical.

ABOUT ME Hi! I am a 25 years old Greek Guitarist/Musician that just graduated from the Music Conservatory of Amsterdam and now doing my Masters in Codarts in Rotterdam. TOPICS & DESCRIPTION: Repertoire - Learning tunes/songs of your own interest and in any musical style. Hearing - Indentifying scales, chords, intervals, chord progressions and melodies by ear and being able to play them on the instrument. Theory/Harmony - This field is essential for anyone who wants to audition for a music university programme and needs basic music theory knowledge, or someone who wants to be more knowledgeable in music theory and analysis. I teach basic theory, Jazz theory/analysis, Pop Theory, and music analysis in scores. Composition - Learning techniques and ways of composing in any style of music. Technique - Soloing techniques (Alternate picking, legato, finger tapping, sweep picking, economy picking, Bending/Vibrato and expression) Scales/Arpeggios/ Modes, fingerstyle, right hand technique (For acoustic guitar) Rhythm Strumming techniques (for acoustic guitar) Improvisation: Being able to play musically and with spontaneity over different harmonic progressions and tunes. I am also specified in pop/rock and jazz improvisation.

Hi! Thanks for being here, my name is Carolina and I'm a musician and a guitarist. I have the bachelor in classical guitar. I also have several years of experience teaching guitar to people all ages. With me, you will learn to play guitar with the songs and melodies you like while you improve your technique and get better with the instrument. It's not necessary to know music theory, though it's always better if you know a little bit. But I will make sure to teach you the basics so you can understand what you are doing with your guitar and someday, be able to play by yourself. I will teach you to identify and play rythms, the basic (and not that basic) chords, tonalities, melodies, right and left hand technique, etc.

The Electric guitar is an instrument that had invaded the industry of music since it was created. in this les than 100 years of existence it had been changed and get adapted for all genres of music. More than 25 years of  experience as a professional musician and more than 20 as a teacher and pedagogue have taught me that, alongside a technical and knowledgeable musical upbringing, my teaching can instil in the student a wide sense of musical appreciation. It is my firm belief that music connects to many other areas of learning and may even catalyse the overall pedagogical development of children. Furthermore, my training as a classical composer/arranger and a performer of classical, jazz and world music allows me to create diverse pedagogical scenarios, which fit not just the aspirations of individual students, but also helps me to work with students collectively in ensembles and other kinds of interactive projects. For the past 5 years I have also included many technological advancements (such as DAW software), which allow students to record and produce their own material or practice sessions. Hey! I am Katie, 27 and I come from Cyprus. I currently live in the Netherlands. I moved here to complete my Master's degree in Music Therapy and graduated from ArtEZ in 2020. Additionally, I acquire a BA in Music accredited by the University of Surrey in the UK. I currently teach music lessons (guitar, voice). I have experience as a guitar and voice coach of 4 years. I have prepared students for exams accredited by the Trinity Academy association.

I teach Entry level, Beginner, and Intermediate Piano and Guitar lessons. I focus on different styles, techniques, and rhythms, with a broad base of musical genre. These classes are designed for aspiring musicians with some musical background and also those with little or none. The aim of each lesson is to keep the student at the peak of each of their abilities by giving both challenging new pieces and reinforcing and expanding their own musical knowledge. I also put some emphasis on incorporating students' own personal musical tastes and styles to bring their own passion to the music they want to play.

Graduated in Guitar (Classical / Popular) by the Conservatório de Tatuí - Brazil, I have experience in Brazilian music and folk music, having worked as a teacher and interpreter in Brazil. I offer guitar lessons online and face to face, with a special focus on Samba, Chôro, Bossa Nova, the traditional Brazilian MPB and variant genres. Classes are aimed at people of all age groups without the need for prior knowledge. Will be approached in class the language of the genres with their rhythmic and historical specificities, studies of technique and musical theory. Classes can be taught in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

I specialise in teaching guitar for all levels. Beginners are very welcome. My main aim is to get the students to enjoy playing and from there we can start to get deeper into theory, composition, improvisation and song writing. I also specialise in Brazilian guitar if that is anyone's passion.

My ultimate goal is to help my students to develop their skills and musical understanding by learning and playing music that they like. Therefore I adapt my teaching methodologies to the taste and needs of every student. Throughout every lesson, we will work on three main courses of development: technical aspects, theoretical knowledge, and performative practice.
