I am an experienced, native-speaking English teacher from the USA. I have taught both in my home country and in many countries abroad, instructing native speakers as well as second language learners. I have a teaching certification as well as experience teaching both Math and Science with English as the instructional language.
Through my experience I have gained particular expertise with test preparation like the GRE, CAE, GMAT, CPE, TOEFL, and TOEIC, just to name a few. I recently had a student score 8 on IELTS and another score 1480 on the SAT. I have had students get accepted into prestigious institutions like Rotterdam School of Management, Purdue University, and Brooklyn School of Science and Technology.
Though I care a lot about the success of my students, I also care greatly that they are enjoying my class. Learning useful skills and having fun are my top priorities :)

I am an American educator who has been teaching 5+ years. Although I am primarily an English teacher, I have actually taught a wide range of subjects, from Theatre to Math to Science to Music. I have taught in New York, California, DC, Taipei, Prague, and online.
When I'm not teaching I really enjoy the outdoors and the arts. I'm an avid hiker, backpacker, camper, and rock climber. One of my previous jobs was actually as an outdoors guide! I also love playing music and can play 5 instruments (though none too well). I enjoy theatre and performance too, having been an actor in the US.
