Experienced tutor of English, Maths and ICT
An approachable, friendly and fully qualified teaching professional with over 10 years experience in the adult education sector. I completed my teacher training at the University of the West of England and the City of Bristol College with a distinction in 2011. I am experienced in supporting adult individuals from all walks of life, and I have a strong belief that education should be accessible to all, regardless of background. I have a relaxed approach to teaching, which aids learner engagement with the subject matter, and I enjoy tailoring sessions to suit individual learning aims. Helping individuals make progress and achieve their goals is something that I find extremely rewarding.
I can offer support in both 121 or group settings to support the following subject areas:
- Functional Skills English Entry Level to Level 2 (subject specialist).
- Functional Skills Maths Entry Level to Level 2.
- ESOL (Further Education curriculum) Entry Level to Level 2.
- IELTS.
- Preparation for the B1 Speaking and Listening Exam.
