I’m a passionate and certified yoga teacher (500+ hours) with a Master’s degree in Psychology and over four years of teaching experience in Poland, Morocco, online, and now France.

I specialize in holistic yoga practices that integrate asana (poses) pranayama (breath techniques) , meditation, and mindfulness. I create inclusive and supportive spaces where students of all levels can safely explore both movement and stillness. My classes are thoughtfully adapted to meet the physical, emotional, and mental needs of individuals and groups.

I have been practicing yoga since 2017 and it has completely changed my life, giving it a direction and a meaning. My passion for yoga brought me to Morocco where for a year I was living and teaching in a small surfing village. In 2024 I went on a solo trip to India to dive deeper into traditional approach to yoga.
I love nature, great food, having long, meaningful conversations and everything that is related to ocean and waves!
