About Me

I love people! I enjoy learning languages and communicating with people from other cultures and backgrounds. I have been teaching and educating for several years in my local community through volunteer work. Though I have recently done international volunteer work. I now realize how important English is. Many people want to learn it and need to learn it. I want to help create a more interconnected and equal world by helping people learn English. Therefore, I recently obtained a TEFL certification to teach. I want to combine the teaching skills that I've gained over the last several years with my desire and certification to teach English so that I can impact peoples' lives on a global scale.

I have years of teaching experience. I’ve taught all age groups. Very small children, and older people. So I know what it’s like to be kind and patient. My job is to adapt to you, and to learn what works for you. I am also an international volunteer. Therefore, I know 2 languages. I know what it’s like to learn a language, so that means that I’m better equipped, or better able, to teach a language. When I served, and lived, in another country I interacted with many people that were language learners, so I know how to effectively communicate with, or communicate well with, and understand language learners. What helped me to do these things is my love for people. I love people, and I want to help! I have several years of teaching experience that allows me to help people.
