I am passionate about physics and mathematics. My goal in a class is to explain the subject in the simplest way possible. Because of this, I consider the student's opinion about my explanations a constructive criticism, which allows me to fit the subject in the particular manner that is most suitable for the student. Further, while tutoring a student, I tend to identify his/her difficulties and help him/her to overcome them. I believe that my great attention to the student and his/her interests makes the difference in understanding the subject that we are studying. Context is crucial. Before we learn anything, it helps to understand why we learn. Learning about what led to developments of ideas or concepts, or their applications, often makes the learning process more intuitive and continuous. I encourage questions about and around the material, reflection, and active thinking about the problem. Any level is welcome, I tutored people anywhere from upper middle school to university level, the depth and breadth can be adapted. Lessons last 1.5 or 2 hours and the structure depends on how the student learns best.

I am a first-year engineering student in the Netherlands. Originally I am from Bulgaria. I have a lot of general experience with math and physics from a few different teachers and a multitude of competitions on a national level on math and physics, as well as astronomy. I feel confident in my ability to teach school level physics and math, as well as advanced math, beacuse I had the chance to study that before I graduated and started university.
