I have high academic standards for each student in the class while accommodating each person's individual needs.
Prepare lesson plans ahead of time that teach the basic goals and principles that are relevant to future education, as well as show students how this knowledge is useful in the real world.
Teach several different classes of students the rules of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and other nuances of the English language.
