Many of us want to connect with movement and dance, but sometimes, we feel shy in group settings for personal reasons. As a professionally trained dancer specialising in improvisation, I am here to guide and hold space for those wanting to connect with their bodies and dance!
I have trained and attained my BA Hons at a prestigious dance school, Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Leeds, UK and have been freelancing for 5 years.
I have skills in unblocking creativity, so focusing on creative tasks and choreography. Training foundational techniques for grounding and creating safety and awareness in the body. Working on presence and performance, and overall having a fun time exploring movement to amazing music!
