Often during our day-to-day life, we can hear a loud voice in our minds criticizing and judging everything we do, by saying "you are not good enough", "you don't know how to do that", "you will never succeed"...

Yin yoga is a wonderful practice to support your meditation; to touch in or reconnect with your body or to balance more active practices that focus on building and toning muscles.
