About Me

I'm a Mathematics tutor with over 10 years of experience teaching children and teens—my own children included! I studied Mathematics at the University of Zagreb and also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics & Business – Zagreb.

Alongside a strong foundation in math, I have a genuine passion for Statistics, and I love helping students understand both the logic and real-life application behind the numbers.

My goal is to make math clear, approachable, and even enjoyable—for learners at any level.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Trade and International Business. I have over 10 years of experience teaching mathematics to children and teens, including students in primary, secondary, and international schools (IB and IGCSE). I’m passionate about helping students build confidence in math, with a special love for Statistics. I’ve also supported my own children through various levels of school math, giving me strong insight into different learning needs. I tutor both in-person and online.

I offer mathematics lessons suitable for all levels and ages, up to baccalaureate level. I offer different types of courses:
- Regular lessons to maintain a constant level of competence.
- "Intense" courses over a period of a few days or weeks, during which we will work for several hours in a row in order to prepare for an exam or a specific project.
- Preparatory courses to help students make the transition to higher education.

My main objective is to help and accompany the student by offering theoretical courses, as well as practical exercises to apply the theory that we have studied together. I place great importance on concrete examples, because theoretical mathematics can seem abstract to many people.

I can also provide support to students who carry out studies or data analyzes as part of their written work.

My purpose here is to share the profound wisdom I’ve come to understand

It truly blew my mind to see how something I once dismissed could transform into a source of awe and understanding.

One such intriguing idea, passed down through generations, became a cornerstone of Indian culture. Thousands of years ago, a thought arose in the mind of one of the most selfless humans I can imagine: “God lives everywhere — even in a simple stone.”

At first glance, it may seem strange, even naïve, to build an entire culture around such a belief. But look deeper — it wasn’t just mysticism. It was wisdom. Without such ideas, the selfish instincts of humans might have destroyed much of nature long ago.

Take the great Banyan tree in my own backyard. If not for the belief that “God lives in all things,” that tree might have been cut down generations ago. And with it, countless childhood memories — mine, and thousands of others like me — would have been lost.

This is why, in ancient times, temples were often built near old trees. Our ancestors, with their brilliant insight into human nature, understood a harsh truth: “We are our own worst enemy.” To counter this, they used faith itself as a strategy — channeling the idea of God to protect our co-dependents in nature and to preserve the ecological balance.

It was never really the irregularly shaped stone that saved the Banyan tree — it was the faith embedded in our culture. If a single idea could protect entire ecosystems and prevent our own extinction, then that idea was undeniably powerful. So powerful that it etched itself into human memory, passing through generations like a genetic imprint of wisdom.
