Hi, my name is Lhamo and I am 18 years old. My father is Chinese and my mother is Dutch. I have lived in China all my life and Mandarin Chinese is my native language. Now I am in the Netherlands and studying at the University of Maastricht. I have experience in teaching Chinese. In principle, the student decides what kind of lesson he/she wants. Should more attention be paid to speaking skills, or is there also interest in reading and writing characters? Is it mainly about correct pronunciation? Or is there a lot of interest in Chinese culture? I like to discuss with my student what they prefer so that we have fun and interesting lessons together. I can teach at all levels and we can meet at a location or do the lessons online.

I have been an English tutor for around 6 years, specializing in grammar and writing. I can tutor English for school, as a Second Language, and for standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or Cambridge Tests. I can also help with Math homework and exam prep.

My language courses are a fully integrated approach to accommodate all learning styles. The textbooks I select serve as a foundation or "springboard". Supplemented are online videos, quizlets I have tailor-made to the course, and additional online interactive sites and activities. I am a 19-year-old Spanish girl studying law in Maastricht University Even though my first language is Spanish, I have received a bilingual education since I was 11 years old, and I can speak fluent English with the level of a native speaker. Last year, I obtained a 12.887 out of 14 for the Spanish University Entry Exam (EBAU) and I obtained 37 out of 45 total points for the International Baccaleurate Diploma (IB). Furthermore, I passed the Cambridge Proficiency English exam (C2) with honors. I have two younger siblings, so I always grew up helping them with their homework and babysitting them, and I have several younger cousins as well, so I am pretty good with dealing with kids and teenagers.
