I'm a recent university graduate from the United States living in Lyon and studying French. As a native english speaker I am passionate about learning the languages of the world and sharing mine with others. With many years of conversation english teaching experience I aim to provide a comfortable environment for students of all ages to achieve a better understanding of the english language. This course is suitable for those who want to start, improve or perfect their level of language. Whether for professional, academic or personal reasons. I provide the necessary equipment. I work using discussions, texts and listening exercises. Your participation is the main objective of the course. I adapt with you, we will find the method that suits you best. I have just finished my master's degree in Language Sciences at the Lumière Lyon 2 University, in the Language Sciences course (validated with an average of 18).

I did my BA in Comparative Linguistics and Literature, and Applied Foreign Languages at Galatasaray University, the only French-speaking university in Turkey (Mention very well, validation of the university in 5th position).

I worked for two years (2017--2019) in a language center (FLE course and English course). I did internships in public high schools in order to obtain my pedagogical training.

I did all my education in English (English school + English high school). Thus, I have been giving English lessons to students of all ages since 2010. Recently, I have prepared students for the PIPPLET and TOEIC exams. Since 2019, I have students from CM1 to 1ère that I follow and to whom I give additional lessons as tutoring.

I also learn Turkish to French people since I live in Lyon.

As a student of economics and management, I regularly have to deal with mathematics and English.

It is clearly evident that these two subjects surround us constantly. City buildings that are nothing more than applied geometry, obviously going through all the English words you know without even knowing it (like BURGER KING, QUICK or even SANDWICH!), English and Mathematics are part of our daily. The interest is therefore to realize their usefulness as soon as possible. You will see, it will open your eyes and it will be absolutely PAS-SION-NANT!
That's why I reserve my lessons for elementary and college students. My main vocation is to reinforce the concepts seen in class and especially to consolidate your knowledge.

For those who are interested, I suggest you do math ... in English! Note that this is optional, nor do I want to complicate concepts with which students already have enough difficulty; but for the more determined (and reckless) it is possible to kill two birds with one stone.

Are you looking for a qualified English teacher from England? You have the possibility to improve your English while being supervised by your teacher. You can work on your grammar, writing, speaking and pronunciation. Are you desperate to pass your exams, prepare yourself for an interview or correct an essay? Or do you want to go to an English school or follow an English programme? The teacher is open to your requests.

I am Brazilian and I have lived in Lyon since June 2023. I have solid training in the field of languages and literature, with a master's degree in Brazilian literature and a doctorate in American literature. I have been to the United States several times, the last time as a researcher at Princeton University, for a year (2019-2021) as part of my doctoral training.
