Mijn naam is Aaliyah, Ik ben ambitieus en hou van de onderwijs en het werken met andere studenten. Ik heb al eerder ervaring met bijles geven, met een grote variatie in kinderen met en zonder rugzakje. Ervaring met officieel bijles geven sinds Mei 2025, onofficieel ben ik het al een paar jaar aan het doen. Al was het medestudenten of een vriendin, met en zonder rugzakje.

Wiskundecursus gegeven door een afgestudeerde ingenieur met meer dan 14 jaar ervaring in het lesgeven in wiskunde tot en met bachelorniveau. Ik heb ook meer dan 9 jaar ervaring in het lesgeven en begeleiden van gestandaardiseerde tests zoals de GRE en SAT. Houd er rekening mee dat hoewel sommige van mijn studenten cursussen in het Frans, Duits of Zweeds hebben gegeven, mijn primaire onderwijstaal Engels is. Aangezien het onderwerp wiskunde is, is het over het algemeen gemakkelijk om de taak te begrijpen en ik leg de antwoorden in het Engels uit.

I offer mathematics tutoring for children and teenagers.

My approach goes beyond simply teaching math. My main objective is to help students learn how to learn. Many students struggle not because they are “bad at math,” but because they were never shown how to understand, practice, and think independently. That is exactly what I focus on.

From my own experience, I understand how frustrating and demotivating the school system and traditional classes can feel when explanations are unclear or rushed. That is why I take the time to explain concepts step by step, in a calm and structured way, until they truly make sense.
