Passionate about languages, I am convinced that learning a foreign language, or even working more thoroughly in one's mother tongue, is a great wealth in terms of openness and self-awareness. It is also a very valuable tool for learning how to organize your thoughts and structure your ideas; what we all need in our daily lives. Holder of a Master in Sociology of Communication and Media and Journalism (University of Friborg) and a Master of Arts (University of Lausanne), I offer private courses entirely based on the needs and expectations of the person. The goal is that the use and learning of the language brings something concrete, especially in terms of work methodology. I teach French (school or foreign language) and English at all levels and to people of all ages.

I specialize in tutoring math as I have been doing it for several years including Bachelor and Master level. I am currently doing a PhD in the School of Computer and Communication Sciences EPFL. My other experiences include serving as assistant for some EPFL courses: Bachelor Level -- Probability, Circuit and Systems Master Level -- Information Theory, Modern Digital Communications I have a very strong background in math and I have participated in the highest form of competition, which are International Math Olympiads.

I have also lived in Japan for 6 years and I have learned Japanese for two years in the university. Therefore I can teach Japanese for daily conversations. I am a 25 year old student currently finishing my master's degree in Political Science at the University of Geneva. I finished my Bachelor in English and Political Science at the University of Lausanne where I live at the moment. My mother tongue is Italian and I speak English fluently. Hello, my name is Jéssica and I am 22 years old. I am currently in the second year of a Bachelor in Social Work at the Haute Ecole de travail social de Lausanne (HETSL). I have good knowledge of languages, so I can help during homework time. My mother tongue is Portuguese, as well as French. I have very good knowledge of English, I am about to take the B2 exam. I am currently in the first year of HEC at the University of Lausanne. I am available to young students who have difficulty in English, Spanish, maths and music. I have just obtained my French-English bilingual maturity and spent a year in Australia. I also hold a Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2 English level) issued by Cambridge Assessment English.
