Private math lessons in French by shared interactive whiteboardI give remote math lessons, in French, by shared interactive board for high school and high school students.
I am an architect civil engineer and I have been teaching for 8 years.
The most important thing for me is to personalize the lessons, to guide the student so that he understands the subject by himself, so that he manages to organize his work, to structure his reasoning, to manage his time, to manage his stress and finally to gain confidence in him.
All this is done by adapting the course to its type of learning, putting all our energy to target and overcome blockages, and finally achieve autonomy.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to write me, I will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.

Support courses in math, English, Spanish and musicI am currently in the first year of HEC at the University of Lausanne. I am available to young students who have difficulty in English, Spanish, maths and music. I have just obtained my French-English bilingual maturity and spent a year in Australia. I also hold a Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2 English level) issued by Cambridge Assessment English. My goal is to help any student to clear up all the gray areas that he could have on a subject and lead him to the success of this one. Together, we will come back to the concepts learned in class that require revision or practice.

University researcher tutoring in Mathematics and Physics. Secondary school/university and casual learning. Including Cambridge STEP prep.Hi! I am currently a post-doctoral researcher in computational biophysics, machine learning and computational biology at EPFL. I maintain two Python libraries for Topological Data Analysis and pyflagser.
I have previously been a post-doctoral researcher in Mathematical Physics at the University of Bern, where my research was concerned with the interplay between quantum mechanics and Einstein’s theory of general relativity.
I have been teaching at various levels since I was a PhD student at the University of York (UK), and more recently I was part of the cutting-edge educational project Isaac Physics in Physics/Maths/Chemistry at the University of Cambridge.
Here is my teaching experience so far:
- As a PhD student, I taught seminars in several of the undergraduate modules taught by the Department of Mathematics. In total, I have around 500 contact hours of experience in seminar teaching and marking, all of which I have found to be very rewarding.
- As a PhD student, I jointly ran a course for talented high school student wishing to be admitted at high-rank universities, and in particular wishing to pass interviews and the STEP admission paper for entry at Cambridge.
- As part of the Isaac Physics project, I created or helped create some of the online content such as theory pages, problems and books. In particular I helped put together a book on GCSE physics and one on A-level chemistry. Again as part of Isaac Physics, I gave seminars to a variety of high school students and interacted with local teachers to communicate the Isaac Physics philosophy and methodology. I also have some experience giving online YouTube webinars.
- Throughout, I have been offering one-to-one tuition to A-level/IB students, university students and adult casual learners.
I am happy to travel within about 4-5km of my postcode 1008 in Prilly. Alternatively, I can offer webcam lessons at a discounted price.

Math, Physics, Electronics/Electromagnetism, English and Spanish Tutor 1. Math classes: algebra, calculus, analytical geometry, complex variable and so on. All levels: basic, intermediate and advanced,
2. Physics: mechanics, electricity and electromagnetism, optics, fluidics and so on. All levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.
3. Analog electronics, RF engineering and matlab programming. All levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.
4. Languages: English and Spanish. All levels (from A1 to C2).
My goal is to make the students to highly perform in their studies or academic career. The lessons mix theoretical concepts with practical ones. Especial emphasis is made on the concepts that are more difficult to understand for the students. Extra exercises taken from the literature or from my personal notes are practiced during the lessons in order the student to fix all the explained theoretical concepts. The key point for me is that the student is enjoying the time while is learning. Thanks to practical examples that I put during the lessons, taken from my professional experience in the bioengineering field, the students fix better in their brains the technical concepts.

Math or Physics CourseI am a third year student at EPFL, I am very comfortable in mathematics and physics and therefore offers my services for private lessons for these two subjects up to the gymnasium level, but also university. I give my classes for periods of two hours usually in groups but also in particular.

Physics for Bachelor or Master students by Chevron teacherBecause of my teaching experience in several French and American universities, I have a long practice of teaching undergraduate and graduate programs in a wide variety of scientific disciplines such as physical and chemical thermodynamics, mechanics fluids, Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Spectroscopy but also electronics, statistics etc ...
Proven pedagogy, particularly adapted to students in higher education
As well as punctual focus, intensive sessions (review review, September catch-up) or follow-up throughout the year.
With regard to medical studies (medicine and pharmacy) I taught a lot of physics and biophysics: fluid physics, mechanics, thermodynamics but also parts of the histology program (energetics, fluid compartments).
Small group course possible (up to 3i students)

Math, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, C++, CMathematics: Be it algebra, arithmetic, geometry, trigonometry or calculus, or advanced topics that use all those topics, Math is a language and has a simple base that can be incorporated into anyone's thinking. Basically, you can learn to think Math.
Probability & Statistics: Statistics and data is present everywhere. A basic level can help us see basic averages and deviation, while advanced concepts help in simulations, predictions and are pivotal in understanding any data.
Physics: Kinematics, Kinetics, Electromagnetism, Solid State, Mechanics. All topics are easy to follow and draw majorly on mathematics.
All courses are focused on creating a clear understanding of the underlying principals with balanced theory and practical problems
