Science Technology Engineering and Maths Tutoring to Prepare Students for GCSE, SAT

I have special skills in teaching Maths, Physics and Chemistry for students preparing for school exams and various entrance exams to colleges and universities.

I have a track record in helping students overcome their fear for these subjects starting with the "why" before demonstrating the "how".

I am gifted in keeping the students engaged with the subjects while helping them through a self discovery process on how to tackle each subject area.

Math Courses in Brussels - Experienced Tutor - Master's at ULB in Business Engineering
(FR/ENGL) Experienced and passionate tutor, my courses are primarily aimed at high school students up to the beginning of higher education. You are in the right place if you are looking to improve or fill gaps in mathematics or statistics. I adapt according to the situation and the objectives of the student, offering tailored pedagogy, as well as lively and interesting courses. • For home lessons (individual sessions or small groups), I can easily travel around Brussels. • The "at the teacher's" courses are held in a venue near the Free University of Brussels. • I can also offer courses online or in a "hybrid" format. Thanks to virtual teaching tools, enjoy interactive courses, no matter your location. Do not hesitate to contact me for any information; I would be delighted to help you. Looking forward to it, Ryan

Maths, physics and other numbers or calculations - by a civil engineer - been there!
Maths, physics and other sciences - all too often - instill fear. Why ? We are asked to learn quickly, to go straight into the details, and above all, we do not know why we are learning this or that. Math is like drawing. Physics is like observing. And often, success is simply letting yourself breathe. During my lessons, we will start from what you already understand. And it's never negligible :)

Milaik
Math remediation for all levels by science and math students
Maths lessons for all levels given by a science student where maths is essential. I have been giving lessons for several months to students of all levels (5th primary school to BA1 university). Remediation, homework help, preparation for tests or exams, etc.

Mahaut
Private lessons for primary and secondary students
I am a master's student at the École Polytechnique de Bruxelles and I am looking for students in secondary or primary who would need help. I mainly teach math and science. But I can also help with French and English lessons.

Thien
Math lessons for primary and secondary school students
I am a master's student at Solvay, I offer math lessons for primary and secondary students, I have already given lessons for students aged 8 to 16, so I can adapt to any course. I prefer to teach on the ULB Solbosch campus

Camille
Private lessons in mathematics, methodology and basics. Catch-up, preparation for an exam or academic support (Solbosch)
For preparation for CE1D, passing exams or academic support for a longer period to prepare for the exam period without being in a rush, don't hesitate to send me a message! Strong math option in secondary, followed by 3 years of management engineering where the level is relatively high. I have always loved maths even though I can understand everyone's difficulties. I think my strength is that I am very academic and methodical. In addition to learning to understand math, I can above all learn to be rigorous and find a good working methodology. I generally review the theory of the chapter before starting the exercises. A good understanding of the theory is essential to succeed in exercises and exams. I always adapt according to the difficulties and the way my students learn.

Mike
Mathematics in a fun and serious way (lower-secondary education)
Do you have problems with math? Don't know how to do exercises or proofs? Then I can certainly help. If you come to refine your skills or learn new things, then you have come to the right place and I will be happy to help you with passion.

Nikita
Graduate engineer gives maths, physics and chemistry lessons for all levels in Brussels
Serious, attentive and dynamic, I have been accompanying and supporting several dozen secondary and higher education students for more than 8 years in their academic success and in passing the Polytech and Medicine entrance exams. . My goal is to make my students independent in their study and to provide them with a methodology that will be useful to them throughout their schooling. Typically a course is done in two stages: 1) A first passage on the theory in order to identify the students' difficulties and the material to study for future exercises. Then deconstruct the concepts that pose problems into several concepts that are accessible to the student. Once I have explained a concept, I do not hesitate to ask the student to explain again in their own words what they have understood, in order to make the learning active. 2) We move on to the exercises to do, typically I let the student think about the exercise for 2-3 minutes before helping them solve it. Again, as we move from one stage to the next, I always ask the question "why?" so that the student can explain to me what he understood. So I check that he or she has understood the concepts used to move forward and learning then happens naturally.

Antoine
Tutoring in math, physics, secondary/higher level programming
Personalized teaching according to the needs and requests of the student. During the first contact, we will establish together the objectives of the course, and will review the material already covered in order to identify the points to be deepened. My teaching method includes a lot of metaphors and real life examples in order to give the student some intuition of the material, which allows to put the theory in its context and therefore to understand it more easily. My courses are aimed at all secondary or higher education students, with a preference for subjects ranging from secondary 4 to the end of the bachelor's degree.

François
Private lessons in Mathematics from Primary to Bachelor
Mathematics is often misunderstood by the general public, but it is of capital importance and it is important to master at least the basics. My course is intended for students who would like to upgrade or get ahead in this subject. Curiosity is welcome! I am currently doing a Master's in Mathematical Sciences with an in-depth focus at the ULB. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Strasbourg and I am a former student in Preparatory Classes for the Grandes Ecoles (Maths-Physics mention) in France. I offer courses made according to the needs (or desires) of the students. This can be adapted for primary, secondary and university students (up to Bachelor Block 2).

Nicolas
Private math lessons by experienced teacher currently in post
Hello, my name is Nicolas, I am 35 years old and the public to which I am the most accustomed is that of preparatory classes for the grandes écoles, for mathematics lessons in general. However, I also have experience in preparing students from the second to the third year of the license because of the large number of hours of lessons that I have given as well as the many students followed. My teaching method consists of clarifying the course first, making sure that each definition and theorem is well understood. We then discuss the basic exercises and techniques, and finally, if the course followed is demanding, tackle more complicated exercises or even competition subjects. I have just arrived in Brussels as part of a job at the University and look forward to communicating my interest in science to as many people as possible. My background and my research interests also allow me to intervene in physical sciences or computer science.

Nouhaila
Mathematics, French, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography
The math course is a very important course and if we do not understand the start of a course we will be lost during the course. That is why I suggest that you always put yourself through my course. I can also help you to do your homework better for all subjects. WELCOME TO YOU and I am delighted to recognize you!

Soumaya
Private lessons in Mathematics which will be given in a simple way
I have a degree in "Medicine Sciences" and I have been working in the pharmaceutical industry for 4 years. Passionate about science, I could help you progress in Math by explaining this matter in a simple way. I always gave math lessons to students during my university studies.

Sean
Advanced Tutoring in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics
Having conducted international-level experimental and theoretical scientific research for many years (PhD University of Cambridge, National Physical Laboratory, Max-Planck Institute, KUL, and UCL) I offer tailored and adaptive tutoring in mathematics, chemistry, and physics. My main focus is in helping those pupils in their final two years of school who are preparing for university. I also specialize in preparing students for the Belgian medical entrance exam by actually solving the problems of all the past entrance exams and providing tips and insight for rapidly homing in on the correct answers. My philosophy is that science and mathematics can be related to each person's everyday experience. I try to provide insight and solid foundations so that students will not have to rely heavily on blindly memorizing large sections of their courses.
