About Me

I am a philologist specialized in teaching Spanish as a second language. Since 2016, I have taught classes in both the United States and France, in both secondary education and university settings. For the past two years, I have worked as a Spanish lecturer at the University of the Antilles, Martinique.

My own experience as a language learner is my main guide and motivation in my teaching work; both in my desire not to reproduce ineffective or uninspiring traditional teaching methods, and in my constant search for tools and materials to make the classroom a dynamic, participatory, and enjoyable space where students can develop their skills with total confidence.

I am passionate about learning, and I enjoy the constant process of exploration and creation that teaching entails. I work to adapt my methodology to the interests, needs, strengths, and weaknesses of each individual, to achieve an effective and meaningful learning experience.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
