Les exercices sont un entraînement complet pour tout le corps, nous travaillons toutes les articulations et les principaux muscles de manière harmonieuse. Nous travaillons la souplesse des principaux muscles et de toutes les articulations. Et nous faisons une douce tonification des muscles du dos, des jambes, des bras et des abdominaux.
Les exercices se font de manière consciente (c'est facile). Pour que l'effet ne soit pas seulement pour le corps mais aussi pour la détente et la tranquillité de notre esprit :)

À propos de moi: Je suis docteur en médecine (Faculté de médecine de Genève) et je suis spécialisée dans la "libération du stress basée sur la pleine conscience". J'ai également travaillé en psychiatrie.
Bien que je sois médecin, je préfère éviter les médicaments chimiques autant que possible.
La médecine naturelle et préventive est à mon avis au premier plan, et nous pouvons PREVENIR et traiter de nombreuses maladies de manière naturelle, avec nos ressources naturelles.
Je pratique la gymnastique, le yoga, la pleine conscience et la méditation également pour moi depuis de nombreuses années en tant que pratique quotidienne. Depuis 2 ans j'organise des "cours collectifs" dans les parcs (mars-octobre).

About me: I am a medical doctor (Medical Faculty of Geneva), and am specialized in "Mindfulness-based stress release". I have also been working in psychiatrics.
In spite of I am a doctor, I prefere to avoid chemical drugs as much as it is possible.

Having 20+ years of experience, I am interested in sharing my knowledge of yoga and the benefits of Reiki (energy harmonization) with everyone. I was trained in India where I lived for several years (Iyengar, Sivananda). Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.

In this yoga class, the focus will be YOU. This is an online one-on-one yoga class that is suited for beginners who don't want to go to the studio but would like to start practicing Yoga. I will create classes for you based on what would you like to focus on, whether it is your breath, your core, or your back while keeping in mind that no two bodies are alike. I will not force you to do poses that are not safe for you. We will always move within a pain-free range.

With private yoga lessons, you will receive personalized instruction based on your body type. I will carefully prepare a class that meets your personal needs. Private yoga instruction can help you improve the basics and expand your yoga practice. People of all ages are welcome to practice yoga, with no need for previous experience.
Classes can take place at your home or at mine in Leuven. Group classes are possible (5 € extra per person). In the first class, we can talk about your intention, background, and experience in yoga. From this, we can adopt a series of sessions that suit your personal needs and your preferred yoga styled.
I started yoga when I was a teenager. My mom suggested me to go with her to help me cope with stress. Since I went to my first vinyasa class (a dynamic yoga class), in 2007, I was completely hooked. After a few years, I also started Ashtanga classes, the modern form of Indian classical yoga. In 2018, I decided to take the opportunity to become a teacher and obtained my 200h vinyasa training . In 2019 I moved to Belgium, and apart from my daily work, I would like to share my yoga experience and learn from the students.
