PeishanChinese tutor for Chinese/ Mandarin (simplified and traditional )
Giving my background in Foreign Languages and Literature as my bachelor study, and Adult and Continuing Education as my master degree, I gain great professional abilities in languages and education. Since I was 18 years old, I've been offering language teaching to the students, who are from 5-70 years old. I possess a wide range of Mandarin teaching experiences that I've given one-to-one and group classes before, and even online classes to people all over the world, through which I gained all the experiences teaching people with all the different culture and also all levels from A1-C2, and even with the clients who need to prepare for Mandarin verification exams( HSK, Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì). When it comes to the most forgettable teaching experience I've ever had, I think it was my former job that I gave language and culture class in a community university for 3.5 years. There, I merged language teaching, diversified culture, with European and South-East Asian cooking, and it was certainly a great fun. I am now also working in the international school in Geneva for the IB exam system, which is pretty challenging, but it broadens my abilities. With more than 10 years of working in the Mandarin as well as English tutor/ teaching field, I believe my qualifications will match your learning requirements.
JillianChinese Lessons for Beginner Learners - 1 Hour Classes
Hi there! I'm from Singapore, and I'm proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese. The former is my native language, and the latter, my Mother Tongue. I've done my academic studies in both languages, and lived in Singapore - a country where both languages are used everywhere, most of my life. The lessons would follow a 4 week plan, where the aim is for students to achieve an elementary level of speaking in Mandarin Chinese, as well as a basic level of written Mandarin (simplified version). You'll be learning useful words and phrases tweaked to fit your interests / daily activities.

LiliChinese Mandarin Lesson for all levels, online and offline
I am a Chinese teacher. Currently, I live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands🇳🇱. I can offer online and offline classes at all ages and levels. The offline class is only for students based in the Netherlands. Due to Covid situation, right now only online class available. 🎓 master degree in linguistics certificate of teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages 🇨🇳 two years’ teaching Chinese to adults in China 🇫🇷 two years teaching children (5-15yrs old) at an international school in France 🇳🇱 currently teaching children from 4 yrs old at a Chinese school in the Netherlands ❤️ languages 🇨🇳🇬🇧🇫🇷🇳🇱 travel theatre music museum My teaching approach is to integrate the stories of Characters into lessons because I believe that the most powerful element of Chinese is its characters and they are the root of this language. The basic characters were originally drawings, which are closely related to their origin, culture, and history. Therefore I have a special interest in telling stories of Chinese characters and more importantly encouraging students to discover its beauty and build a relationship with them. If you learn some stories or even tell some stories by yourself, it'll be easier for you to understand the language and culture. Apart from learning characters, the purpose of the class is to enable: - beginners to communicate in Chinese for daily use purpose and read and write in short paragraphs; - intermediate students to communicate easily with native speakers and read and write short articles; - advanced students to communicate fluently with native speakers over a wide range of topics and read and write long articles. Learning materials including homework are designed/selected by myself based on students' level and needs. If you'd like to learn Chinese with me, please feel free to contact me or book lessons directly!
XingyingLearn Chinese from A1 to C2, from having fun to prepare test
I run private lessons, where all levels are welcome. But if you’re a total beginner then I offer basic classes to help you find the way to get into it. I develop diverse methods of teaching for the students. For the around 5-8 years old kids, I would like to set certain games to play with them, thereby the kids can learn the new language during the interaction and communication. In this way, different media, like color pictures, puppets, or storybooks are essential to make the course very attractive. For the teenager or advanced students, a structuralized teaching content based on scenarios or textbook could help the students to develop their language capacity efficiently in different aspects – listening, reading, speaking, and writing. Besides, I would like to give a deeper perspective for the Chinese- not only learning the language from the textbooks, but also the knowledge of the language, the culture, and the literature. Also, based on your need and situation, we choose different textbooks and make a personal teaching plan for you.

DonovanOnline Mandarin/Chinese Course (Beijing Syllabus) for Complete Adult/Teenage Beginners
Course Description: This course is specially catered to adults and teenagers who have zero or minimal knowledge in Mandarin/Chinese and wish to learn Mandarin/Chinese from the very beginning. Students will learn the course using mainly 3 books: (1) Mandarin Conversation Book (with learning elements in conversational role playing, grammar and Chinese culture & tradition) (2) Chinese textbook (with learning elements in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) (3) Chinese workbook (with plenty exercises and drillings complementing for the core four skills found in the Chinese textbook). At the very beginning of the course, students will learn the Hanyu Pinyin System (Mandarin phonics & its notation system); getting to recognize and pronounce Mandarin vowels, consonants and their combinations correctly. In addition, students will also learn the four Mandarin tones accurately. Once students have mastered the Hanyu Pinyin System and the four Mandarin tones, they will venture into learning daily conversational Mandarin, Chinese vocabulary & essential grammar rules; as well as appreciating the Chinese culture and tradition, of which are found in the Mandarin Conversation Book. In order to further develop speaking & listening skills, and picking up different critical skills such as reading and writing simplified Chinese characters, students will also study the other two books at the same time: The Chinese textbook and workbook for these purposes. Indeed, these two books are arranged with the same topics sequentially; and therefore are interlinked and they complement closely with each other. On the other hand, the Mandarin Conversation Book contains themes that can also be mapped very well onto the Chinese textbook and workbook. For instance, after students have learnt conversing in a dialogue on the topic of family members in the Mandarin Conversation Book, they will then learn more about reading and writing simplified Chinese characters on the same theme (i.e. family members) in the Chinese textbook and workbook. As such, these three books are used interchangeably as they share common themes/topics that will enhance students’ learning more effectively in an organized and coherent manner; providing a lot of role playing, oral and written practice work for students to work on. As for the learning aids, students will get to listen to a lot of audio playing during lessons, mostly for developing listening skills; and listening to conversations. Besides this, I will also use the internet to browse for specific information related to the lessons during teaching and show these to students. Moreover, there will be ample opportunities for students to practise dialogues/conversations with me. In short, students will get wholesome Mandarin/Chinese learning from this course, without getting a compromise in any of the core four language skills – Listening, speaking, reading and writing. And certainly, the ability to speak, communicate and understand well in basic Mandarin conversations would be the most appealing motivation in learning Mandarin, and this is exactly what this course is providing for you and what you are looking for! Do not miss this precious Mandarin learning opportunity! Mandarin is the second most-spoken international language, after English; and it is also spoken by most people in the world – more than 1.4 billion people! Flame and propel your passion in learning Mandarin! Come and join this exciting course and learn with a highly-experienced, qualified and warm native Mandarin speaker and educator! I extend my greatest and warmest welcome to you in joining this fun, educational and rewarding Mandarin learning journey with me. No prior skill is required for this course. Learn a wide range of Chinese vocabulary and essential grammar rules; based on different topics/themes.
