Course in English for beginners or intermediate and History

This class is for students who already have a basic background in English. I will also help students with homework and basic essay writing skills. In history, I specialize in everything from learning about the Nomads to the Renaissance and even 20th Century History. I will do so through various fun and action-packed activities to help with the students drive. I have a background in tutoring for the SAT-subjects and Advanced Placement classes.

من أنا؟
I was born and raised in London and then at the age of 10 I moved to Egypt. I finished the remaining years of my studies in Cairo where I did various tutoring and teaching jobs. In the 11th grade I tutored a group of children in grade 3. I carried on doing so for the rest of high school, along with tutoring students between the 6th and 10th grade. After I graduated I decided to take a gap year to work and learn a new language. So that's what I did. For the first three months I learnt french here in Brussels. Soon after I moved back to Cairo for a teaching job where I worked with students with mental and behavioral issues at a local British school. Throughout that time I gave some tutoring lessons to adults who wanted to learn English as a second language. I tend to treat my students as friends rather than just pupils. Research has shown by giving the student more comfort and a voice in the classroom, he/she is more likely to succeed. I believe the best way for a student to learn is through Flipped Classroom mechanisms and visuals.

American High School Diploma received in an international school in Cairo, Advanced Placement (AP), Montessori Foundation, and currently doing my first years Ba in Political Science.

I have tutored many students while I was in high school for about a year and a half. I have also worked at a school as a Shadow Teacher.
