Looking to keep up with school over the summer? In need of reviewing what you covered this year or deepening concepts to prepare for next year? Do you want to unlock something new this summer? With more than 8 years of experience in teaching and tutoring, you are at the right place! This summer, I propose fun and engaging classes in French, Sciences and/or History.

If you are in need of school support, I will base our classes on what you covered this year at school. We will deepen concepts and I will propose my own exercises and methods to make sure you can learn rapidly, without too much effort. If you happen to be preparing for an exam, we will practise exam papers together, according to the exam board.

If you are looking to learn something new with me, we will discuss what aspects you are most keen to develop first and I will adapt our lessons. I will use my own ressources, as well as Internet-found material, videos and more to keep classes light and engaging.

As I am currently not home, our classes will be online. To keep it fun and interesting, I use Miro boards which allows us to interact during the class, for you to be pro-active and to co-create beautiful learning material together. As I am myself working in the creative industry, I like to implement exercises that trigger your creativity, and that bring a relaxed and fun environment for learning.

Hi there! I'm Emma, French design engineer passionate about innovation and collective intelligence.

I have more than 8 years of experience tutoring and teaching primary- and secondary- school students from different backgrounds. I have myself lived abroad most of my life and therefore knows very well how to navigate across different cultures and school systems.

In need of help with your French homework? Looking to start from scratch and learn this beautiful -yet difficult (I know!) language? You are at the right place!

I have more than 6 years experience in teaching and tutoring French. I am myself passionate about languages and like to help people who want to speak mine.

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven).

Need help with math and science (physics, chemistry, etc.)? As a 33-year-old civil engineer, I'm happy to help! I'll learn at your own pace, using plenty of examples to illustrate the material. I have years of experience teaching both simple and complex subjects.

The lessons run as follows. First of all, together we look for the student's biggest stumbling blocks. These can be related to the subject matter as well as to the study method. From there, I continue to work at the pace of the student and encourage them to ask as many questions as possible. I also give them tips and tricks, and improve their working methods where necessary. During the lesson I give many examples to make the subject matter more interesting and we solve exercises together. Once the student has mastered the exercises from the lesson, I give some more challenging exercises to also test on the deeper understanding of the subject matter. In this way I try to optimally prepare the student for his / her test or exam.

However, learning should also be enjoyable. That is why I always strive for a good relationship with the student through a spontaneous and positive approach. I am also very patient. All this lowers the barrier to ask questions and improves the student's learning process.
