I grow up in this town, but now I live a bit far from here. As a Team Leader / Supervisor: more than three years in Teleperformance and Promofon, (ONO), making sure the group of Agents were appropriatly trained and equipped to resolve doubts, problems and change requests; makintg sure the team could respond effectively to Account Managers ` requests for further information and , when necessary, take proactive action to ensure they were aware of an issue. And last but not least, every day monitoring work, keeping an eye on the activity of premium learners, ensuring the team was taking the necessary proactive action, either by phone or email. I work with the student to identify learning objectives and any areas of weakness and tailor the lesson accordingly. Areas covered during the lesson include, speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar accent reduction. I currently live in Den Haag, The Netherlands. In addition to private coaching, I also work for an online ESL company delivering English lessons to children across a range of age groups. In addition, I also work as an ESL proofreader and IELTS private tutor here in The Hague. I hold a BA (Hons) degree and have a CELTA qualification. Prior to a career in ESL English teaching, I worked in the UK national press for the Times and Financial Times newspapers. It was there I developed my proofreading and communications skills. In my spare time, I write articles for magazines and have had feature stories published in The Telegraph magazine, The Daily Mail and a number of health magazines. I have also written two language books. The first, 'I Already Speak Speak French!' is an illustrated book for children that covers the etymology of many English words to their French origin (attached is a sample of it for your interest!). It has been translated for the French market into, 'I Already Speak English!' The second book is called, 'Learn Business English FAST!' which draws on a teaching methodology used for effective, fast learning that I used whilst teaching English for the international company, GoFluent.

Learn and improve to speak Italian with a real Florentine (Paris)

Gemma was a wonderful teacher. Her and I walked around Florence while she was simultaneously teaching me Italian. Her easy going and positive attitude made learning fun while also being very substantial. Gemma is super patient, and after the second day I could construct longer, more complicated sentences. I had mentioned some struggles I have had within schooling where I struggled with pronouns and prepositions, and by the first day I could do it easy no problem due to her explanations being very good. Overall I Gemma is a very good tutor and I highly recommend her.

Rebekka was an excellent teacher from the very first interaction. During our sessions, she was calm, friendly, and very easy to talk to thus creating a comfortable and encouraging learning environment. She gave me honest, thoughtful feedback that was both helpful and constructive. I felt supported and motivated throughout the conversations we had. Learning with her was such a great experience and I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I started learning English more than 25 years ago, and recently decided to refine and polish it further. Sinead has been extremely helpful in identifying small grammatical mistakes I was not aware of and in improving my use of idioms and phrasal verbs. Our lessons are practical and focused on real progress. I highly recommend Sinead, even for professionals over 35 who want to sharpen their English.
